Going to surprise ford for the first time. I called ahead to schedule oil change and tire rotation for my 1 year old 150. I live less than 2 miles away and when I called to schedule the appointment, I asked if shuttle service is offered. I was told that they offer it as long as I live within 5 miles. I asked if I need to schedule it in advance. She told me to just ask my tech and they’d take care of it when I arrive. I was told my contact in service the day of my appointment would be ****. Off to a great start (not sarcastic)!!I arrive for my 330 appointment right on time and **** comes out. I ask about how long it’ll take, 2 hrs. So I decide I’d prefer to go home. I ask **** for a shuttle and he said it’s cheaper for me to get my own Lyft. I share with him that I was told they offer shuttle service within 5 miles of the dealer. He said they only offer ride share and I have to pay at least part of it. I asked him if he’d please have the staff educated to tell customers up front that Ford surprise can provide a ride home but there is a charge. He told me that this is pretty normal and didn’t seem terribly concerned with my feedback.I’d have appreciated it if he had said, I’ll speak with management to help prevent confusion for future customers.Hopefully all goes well with the service itself as the customer service to begin with hasn’t been stellar.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE- From stepping foot on the lot, to being sold such a horrible car that they couldn’t complete the IOU that I forced them to give me. They had to cancel the deal because they tried selling me A car that wouldn’t have even made it off the lot. Every person we dealt with there was so unprofessional and rude. The manager literally screamed at me and threatened me several times that he supposedly got fired. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with any dealership in my life. I would stay far away from this hell hole.

Liars is all I can say. Do not take your car there for service. They serviced my car and forgot to reinstall some bolts on skid plate. They accused me of running of something. There was a rattle that developed after the service. They tried to charge me to fix their mistake. For shame. They said that bolt was pulled out from road debris and needed to be retapped. That was just a bald faced lie.

Went to Surprise Ford to look around and possibly trade in my current vehicle. Everyone I came in contact with nothing less than a great experience. Started with John Williams, the “sales guy” he was fantastic! No games, didn’t waste my time, listened to what I wanted and found a vehicle to suit my needs! John made everything easy since he was so transparent and up front about everything. Joe (sorry I didn’t get his last name) was the next guy we talked to, about numbers- equally great! After Joe worked the numbers I moved onto Oscar who crunched the numbers. Again I have nothing but great things to say!! I love the teamwork to make things such a smooth transaction! The easiest, least amount of stress I’ve ever experienced going to a dealership to look for a car! And I left with a new car too!

My husband and I had an amazing experience from the salesman Garret , floor manager Adam to the finance manager Kenny. Garret was extremely patient understood our needs and wants and Garret delivered it to his team and they all exceeded our expectations. We were never once pressured or rush just to make a deal. Garret kept us in the loop through the entire process made us feel comfortable with our decision on buying our son his car! Adam the floor manage came over and introduced himself chatted with us made us feel comfortable and carried over our needs and wants as they were met. Kenny our finance manager was a delight he was funny and humble since the moment we entered his office. Overall the best buying experience!!!! We appreciateThis Team of amazing people !!! Thank you all so very much!! We will be seeing you all soon for future purchases!!!!

Steve Rice was an amazing advisor. I worked for Ford for four years and wish I could of worked alongside him during my tenure. He took great care of me and really just wanted my car to be in tip top shape. He was honest about time and expectations which I can really appreciate. Thank you Steve and thank you Surprise Ford for such a quality asset to your team.

Worst service ever! Been such a nightmare trying to get my car repaired. Surprise Ford doesn’t care about customer satisfaction and treats their customers terribly. I have never had such horrible treatment. The individuals I have had the displeasure of interacting with have been deceitful. Would tell me whatever to get me off their back. Still don’t have my car back for a simple repair and it’s going on 5 weeks. Always get the run around when my husband or I contact them. Even the general manager never followed through with his promise to contact me. Don’t purchase a car from here!!!!!

IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD. Avoid this dealership if you could. Shitty service, sales consultants are scammers too.

We walked in last minute after a bad experience with another dealership. John Williams was the salesman we dealt with. He was a 10/10. John was honest, up front and friendly. Kenny, the finance manager was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! I literally can't say enough good things. We got an amazing deal on an awesome used car. This will be the only dealership we use from now on!!

Don't believe the bad reviews. I had purchased a 2022 Ranger from another dealer. Needed service and had a shifting problem. Steve Rice was great, knew what the problem might be and told me to come back 2 days later so he could get Ford to provide a loaner car and covered everything with the warranty. Steve knows his stuff and will make sure you get covered by warranty or service plan. Rodeo Ford would not offer a loaner!

If I could I would give them a ZERO star review. Just like many of the other people have said, there is an advertised price of $99,999, which I verified and we go thru 2 days of pictures, videos etc. and then when we get down to buying to car, they said that because we are out of state it would be $114,317+++. Or we could wait and see if anyone local buys the car....so because we are out of state, there is a different price. AND the salesman knew we were out of state. Bad business practices, RUN!!!

Amazing place! I always dreaded going to dealerships since it takes forever and they always raise the price from what they say. Laura, Ramiro, and Kenny were all amazing and made it feel like you were part of their dealership family. My husband and I were in and out in less than 3 hours with the vehicle we’ve always wanted. Will definitely be back!

**UPDATE**After leaving this review, Ramiro did reach out to me to get this addressed. He brought in Neil, who if I recall correctly, was the service manager. Neil explained that the warranty would cover the entirety of the repair minus the "disappearing deductible" if I brought it back to the selling dealer. As mentioned in my first review, I live an hour and a half from that dealership and servicing this truck there was never going to happen. I mentioned to Neil that 1- having to have the vehicle repaired at Surprise Ford for complete coverage or 2- the fact that I would need to pay a deductible every claim outside of repairing at Surprise Ford were never mentioned at the sale of this extended warranty. Neil asked me who the finance employee was that wrote this warranty and I responded saying it was Chance Gilbert. Neil's response was that this employee was there before he started at Surprise and he did not know what was said. Again, a huge lack of accountability on behalf of Surprise Ford. It shouldn't matter who the employee was or when it occurred, Surprise Ford should be accountable instead of passing off blame to employees. At the end of the day, I did get calls back from Surprise Ford after writing this review, but I am still stuck with a misrepresented partial warranty that I would not have purchased if I knew then what I know now.BEWARE OF UNETHICAL EXTENDED WARRANTIES, MISREPRESENTATION OF SERVICES, AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I purchased a 2019 F250 back in September of 2019 and the transaction went pretty well. I was offered a MPP extended warranty of 72 months and 100,000 Miles for the addition cost of $4,500. I decided to move forward with this warranty as the disappearing deductible was only $100 and I wanted to protect my new $83,000 investment. I took my truck in for the first warranty issue last week to my local Galpin ford as I am from Prescott Valley. I paid them to diagnose a steering issue and was told it was a Drag link issue which is supposedly covered by my Platinum MPP warranty. The issue is, the MPP warranty only approved so much for the value of the part and the labor amount. Again, I am having this serviced at my local dealer not some shady shop that would price gouge. I was advised to go back to the dealership that sold me the warranty to have repairs done there. There was no mention of only having partial coverage for said "Covered Items" at the time this extended warranty was sold to me. I have tried multiple times talking with the warranty company, both Oscar and Kenny at Surprise ford finance department and finally leaving multiple message for Ramiro, the sales manager at Surprise ford. I have not been able to get ahold of Ramiro after a week and a half of calling and no messages have been returned. Please beware of purchasing this unethical extended warranty and the lack of accountability from this dealership. I am left with years of fractional coverage on any qualifying warranty repairs. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of accountability and professionalism. As a business owner myself, I know the importance of customer service and gave every opportunity to Surprise ford to rectify the issue but apparently until feedback is left, it is unimportant. Please use caution with this dealership and their products.

Worst auto service department of any dealership I have ever dealt with! Brought my car to them yesterday for a Ford recall item. It takes less than a hour to fix the recall. The service manager suggested and we leave it overnight, they would call today when it was ready.I called them to ensure the service had been completed, ready to be returned to me.Forget talking to the service department. Nobody answers! To top it off, the operator for the dealership called the department. A representative answered, then hung up on her! What business stays in business with type of service? There is something wrong with the people that are in charge of servicing customers.Do not even consider leaving your automobile in their care!

1st time customer for service and had a great experience with Evan. I work at a Chevy dealer as a sales associate and it's a great feeling seeing a fellow worker in the car business treating me with kindness and respect. I appreciate everything Evan!
