Friendly on site management. Safe and secure place to rent units to store your precious overflow. Reasonable pricing and clean units. Offering climate controlled units as well as pull up units.

Gone are the days that I worry about my belongings being in storage. This is absolutely the BEST storage facility in Arizona! Kind, caring folks who truly are genuinely considerate people. They make you feel like family and always do the best they can to accommodate customers. Do not hesitate with storing your items here, they will be very secure and safe. I love Surprise Mini Storage!!!! Thanks for being the best! Honesty is the best policy.P.s. pricing is also A+ with this facility. Who built these wonderful sized units with extra aisle space?? Excellent job!!

We had a storage unit here for 9 Year's. We moved-out-of-state and wasn't able to come back to get our belongings, but we really loved renting our unit with Floyd and Nadia. They have been exceptional throughout the year's, and our belongings were in tact, no bug's and no dust. I'm really going to miss renting here, it was so emotional having to leave knowing that Floyd and Nadia were so sweet for so long.
