T.J. Maxx is a great store with typical great prices. It is well stocked, organized, and clean, though it can sometimes be a bit more organized. The staff is very friendly, the best, always so comforting and with a positive attitude. Shoppers find exactly what they are looking for and lots of extra, amazing things they weren't expecting. Checkout is a breeze with multiple cashiers available. This location is in a strip mall with other stores nearby, including a Marshall's and a HomeGoods, as well as great lunch places. Some note that prices can be a bit higher than other stores for similar items, and it is often busy with tons of people and long lines.
Absolutely loved the store but the women at the register was acting oddly bigotry towards Canada which was pretty awkward as a Canadian... Kept saying 'we' needed 'too pay up' but she was already holding my cash? Idk what all that was about it, good items but tread carefully at the register!

Went to the TJ Max in Surprise to help my wife and Kathy in the fitting room was amazing helping us as my wife is disabled and needed extra assistance.

One of the nicest TJ Maxx that I’ve been to. Always clean and well organized. No funky smells like some of the locations in the east valley.
Great deals in the clearance section.
Definitely go during the week as the line to checkout can get ridiculously long during the week.
