Went in to send my package and the employee Jillian that helped was rude and obviously did not enjoy doing her job when finished I asked her if she could close my bubble envelope and seal it and she just tossed it back behind her on the table and said she will later and I’m sorry but unacceptable that is something I’m sending and I don’t feel comfortable leaving it open and leaving I don’t know you I mean wow I left but came right back in and told her I wanted my package sealed and she looked at me and said ok your gonna have to wait. I should have never been put in that situation or had to feel the way I felt I will not be coming here ever again and ever!!!

Mariah at The UPS store (15508 W. Bell Rd) was extremely professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable while we sent 4 boxes and lots of pack and ship odd shaped items. We would not even consider going anywhere else for our shipping needs.

Honestly, the only good thing about this store is Jill. Every time I come in she is always happy to see me and willing to help. She is efficient and makes great conversation while doing it. I will really miss her whenever she decides to move on to bigger and much better things. Everything else about this store stinks. The so called manager, that young little boy, will do everything in his power to not help his team and leave exactly when a rush comes. I come after picking up my kids from school and there he is rushing out the door. Though Jill always helps catch up, I truly do feel like its a one WO-man team.

Joke of a company! Went here paid 35 dollars for shipping misplaced my receipt I'm human so called cause it was past the delivery date to check. Unless you have a tracking number there is no way they can help you find it. All the information we give to send a package and they cant help you at all??? I will never be using ups again because if you cant help me out with a package when I tell you date and time down to the minute where its going and where its been you don't deserve to protect and deliver my package. and for those that see this use pirateship online I paid 35 dollars for shipping and then sent two more out to the same location. Not only did pirate ship get both packages mailed faster that was delivered after I sent out the first one. I paid 11 bucks for the packages. Ups is dogwater and should be embarrassed

Notary services aren't available until 9 am. Would have been extremely helpful to have this posted on your site somewhere. A bit frustrating because the signs in the store say a notary is available any time. Not exactly true.

Consistently the UPS Store and UPS are very consistent, so far, with all my shipping, both sending and receiving. The only thing I would like to see is a UPS Store that is closer to my location. THANKS UPS Store employees for doing a great job!!

Able to get in and out even on a Friday. Helpful staff, don’t have to worry about your mail getting destroyed like the other guys. Mariah’s the best 🌞
