Went into the UPS to get mail sent out and Evelyn helped us out and gave us a great experience with the UPS store gave her a five-star out of five star she made you feel like you were her friend and helped us out really appreciate everything that she did for us!

Ashley the manager is great with people.Very nice and goes out of her way to make her customers feel important.The owner is not a people person at all.Never smiles and makes step some more difficult than what they have to be.Thank goodness for Ashley !

Jalen and the girl with the tattoo on her right arm were so unprofessional. They told me that they needed to charge me $8 because their boss was there. Then she sold me a box and told me to go home and pack it and come back so they can ship it, what a joke!I’m rushing on my way out of work to make errands, I’m not going home and coming back. She clearly saw I was upset and made no effort to acknowledge or provide an explanation: the store wasn’t even busy! I am pissed I wasted 20 minutes getting there to leave without even sending my package. I am posting a review on google, the surprise community groups on FB, and twitter. Lesson learned I rather drive 2 more minutes and go to a local packing and mailing center.

A box was dropped by accident there at this store for Amazon and should have been Kohls store. Whomever SCANNED THE THE RETURN COULD HAVR SEEN IT WAS FOR A SWEATER NOT A DOLL HOUSE. Sweater is 33 dollars and doll house weight 80 lbs.. HOW IN THE WORLD YOU MISSED THAT!!!! I spoke to the manager she hangs up and tell me to contact UPS. SERIOUSLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Management of this store takes ZERO responsibility for errors made by their employees bc of their garbage digital system. Once a shipment leaves the premises INCORRECTLY, they blame the customer. In this case, NO ADDTIONAL TAPE AS REQUESTED, NO FRAGILE LABEL. This occurred even after several attempts to get the counter clerk to listen and make corrections. They do NOT want to hear what service was received at store counter and they don't care what happens to your package. They WILL NOT make any corrections/refunds or assist to maintain ANY LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. "Package was returned smashed with contents broken. This "manager" said she was not interested in continuing a phone conversation bc she wanted to talk about their rules and was not interested in hearing the story. "Once you sign on the line, that's it." That was her bottom line.

Was here for less than a minute! The person who helped me was pleasant and friendly. Return process made quick and easy. They scan return code, take your return from you, and off you go!
