My son and I went inside to change his address at the counter. The post office counter worker was rude and not friendly by any means. When asked for the previous address we provided the address we thought was correct and she said nope and shook her head. It was like a guessing game at this point, and she was just rude. We walked out and my son said why did she have to be so rude

I go here stand in a 20 person line get up to the desk to pick some mail up as i am recently moved here and had it on hold while the box got its locks changed and as i get up to the desk the person tells me to go stand in the other line instead because she wont help me. Ive picked up my mail at the main desk multiple times. This lady was being a useless drone for no reason. No signs specifying where to go to pick up mail if they had changed their methods for the day for some odd reason. She just wants ne to waste another 30 minutes standing in another 10+ person line. No prior warning no signs specifying. Youd think a logistical office such as post office could figure out how to tell people where to go but no as per usual usps is the WORST mail carrier. Fedex is better than you. Thats how bad you are. The lady at the desk worked at 126pm july 21st 2025. Terrible customer service very unhelpful and serious complaints about their inefficiency and refusing to help people.

My package was delivered on Monday of this week. Unfortunately it was NOT delivered to me! I was at the mailbox on Monday and the carrier was so involved talking to another carrier he was not paying attention. I’m hoping the person who got my package is honest. I’m upset and angry!

Hello, checked mail this morning at my community box or whatever you call them, found a key for the larger package boxes in my box. Opened said box to retrieve the oversized object the USPS placed there and guess what I found.
No guesses? Okay I'll just tell you then. I was surprised to find the key in the box to the box I just opened with the key to the box provided to me by the USPS. Cool huh? Well anyway, I called the USPS and they said my branch would open at 10 AM and provided the phone number.
I called the Surprise, AZ office six times, Wednesday, July 9th, between 10 AM and 1130 AM. At 1 minute into the call it switches over from automated to ringing for a representative, each time it rang for 2 minutes then disconnected. Man talk about Christmas in July! Must be crazy busy there.
I immediately, and continue to consider to just put the 2nd key back in my personal box. However, if the same person who did this to begin with finds it who knows what additional confusion would occur.
And... Now I have concerns/questions.
Did I get a package stolen? Did someone else? Is this part of a bigger scam? We're the keys just updated with new ID tags attached to them and the job was to complicated for the person assigned to it? Oh, did I win a prize and this some new fun way of claiming it? Maybe I've been selected by the claw machine? How many other boxes does this key access?
USPS, I have a key you gave me to a postal box which I don't want.
I have done all I plan on doing to make you aware of this situation. I have a special place like all men do where keys go when we don't need quick access to them and over time we collect these poor orphan keys until one day... Well I really don't know what happens to them. Those poor sad, lost, lonely keys have a brand new buddy now and if they could, I bet they would be thanking you.
Please contact me between 10 AM and 4:19 PM M-F, at my residence. My availability outside these hours is not likely. Alternatively, send a SASE from the postmaster, you have my address.
Thanks

They don't seem to answer their phone even after attempting to contact 6+ times about an issue with a delivery that was not delivered to my home, worst PO I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Update: I had recieved a phone call about my experience and the gentleman on the phone was pleasant to deal with, and had explained that everything in their side had said it was delivered, I have update my review to take that into account

I called their number off Google. After half hour get a hold of someone only to tell me that it was not actually surprise post office number and was their dispatch center. They give me surprise post office number then. I have been trying for half hour. It rings for 2 to 3 minutes then gets disconnected. For those who want the government to run everything this is what you have to look forward to.

This is the most incompetent post office I have ever visited. I sent a package via certified mail from another post office only 20 miles away, and they managed to lose it. They didn’t even bother to do an arrival scan, so they had no clue where my package was. It said “out for delivery” for two days, and when I stopped by to inquire, I was told I would get a call back but received no clear answers. The staff couldn’t tell me if it was on a delivery truck, in the post office, or lost. The person I spoke with was completely indifferent to my situation and just kept repeating that she had no information. Terrible service and zero accountability.

This 1 star is for delivery system
- never informed us that package is delivered to the hot mailbox in the high heat temperature for days
- while the online tracking said” out for delivery”
- this means someone ignore to update the system? So why do I keep track on delivery online?
- And the tracking system says await for delivery. Like they are careless about us or our package.
- ignore the fact that we want it delivered by the door. UPS does that for us.
But we can’t choose carrier when we buy stuffs online. We need to bet for the package delivered by you. USPS
good customer service. I talked o them. They are so informative. ( poor thing that they have to fix it and help us out find out where the package is right now….due to the careless delivery system)
I believe everyone at the local store are nice.

You will be in line no matter what time of the day is.
Highly recommend going to the different party office. Upper managements are not that helpful either.

Service in Spanish does not exist, there is no help and they treat you badly. Customer service should be friendlier and willing to help to speed up processes, especially for elderly people.
