Christine at the store on waddell was so incredibly helpful! She helped us upgrade 5 phones, change our plan and add a handful perks. She helped to lower our bill and get new streaming services! One of the best experiences in trading out phones. She was fast and answered all my random questions and explained everything so well! Definitely a great experience!!

While getting a new phone can be exciting the whole upgrade and transfer process can be a little inconvenient. Well this store managed to make the entire process from pre order to activation a complete hassle. It started with the pre order. One of the plans was upgraded which turns off your cell service. Nobody informed us that restarting the phone would fix the issue. This would have prevented a trip back to the store. The employee didn't know the rebates worked or how much they were worth. He also told us the pre-order came with a screen protector. Now it's time to pick up the phones. They do not come with a screen protector, the employee was mistaken. I would have researched options and had one purchased or picked out so it would be ready to go when picking up the phone had I known this was the case. The person setting up the phone couldn't answer any of my questions about the phone, screen protectors, cases, or rebates. He didn't even know how to activate the phone. It was a release day for a new major phone and this guy wasn't prepared at all. The pick up process took over an hour. He kept trying to upsell us on every little thing after we made it clear we were dissatisfied and wouldn't be spending any more money at this store. This employee claimed to be the store manager. When asking for his boss's information so we could discuss our concerns, he couldn't provide the information. Next time we be going to one of the other Verizon stores in the area.

If you need a lot of assistance with your account, Santi is the guy to help! I went prior day and was switching plan with 9 lines. It didn't want to work, so I told them I would come back next day to finish. Original employee was not there, but I was in good hands. He really did help me out and stayed past 6 to make sure my phone was transferred correctly. More employees like Santi please!

Horrible experience. Stood in line for roughly 30 minutes. The service rep kept explaining the same thing to the customer in front of us over and over. But the customer didn’t understand. We didn’t receive any assistance or acknowledgement we were there. So we needed up leaving. I would leave this 0 stars if I could.
