Visionworks Surprise Marketplace is a reputable optical retailer known for its friendly and professional staff. Customers appreciate the wide selection of glasses and contact lenses for men, women, and children, with many mentioning the variety of frames and good prices. The store offers eye exams for both adults and children, with some reviews highlighting thorough and helpful doctors who take the time to explain findings and answer questions. The team is described as polite, attentive, and respectful, making the overall experience pleasant. Customers also value the ease of scheduling appointments and the support in navigating insurance and payment options. However, some mention a mandatory $40 Optos retina scan, which was enforced even when they wished to avoid additional charges beyond insurance coverage, so it’s recommended to ask about costs beforehand. Overall, Visionworks Surprise Marketplace provides quality service, a good selection of eyewear, and a welcoming environment, making it a recommended choice for eye care and glasses needs.

They were helpful, nice and knew what they were doing. I have never found glasses so quickly. They had suggestions to help on pricing. I would definitely and will go back.
