This Walgreens needs help. Constantly understaffed. Sit on hold for extended periods of time. Pharmacy will close during normal business hours due to staffing issues. Drive-thru will close during random times because of staffing issues. Pharmacy staff have to run all over the pharmacy looking for prescriptions because prescriptions are stashed in random places. New management is needed!

This store has gotten so terrible. They are constantly out of product and the service is lacking. I just ended up walking out after waiting at the cashier for several minutes with no attendant in sight. I guess I can spend my money elsewhere… The man behind me just took his items and walked out. I don’t blame him for a second. How is this store still open?

10-1-24 I really dislike this Walgreens and the pharmacist LISA that works there is rude. I came with My Baby to pick up a prescription which the app told me it was ready. My insurance always pays a couple days before the pick up date and they refused to give me my prescriptions due to “pharmacy policy” which I’ve never heard before because if my doctor released it and insurance is paying for it then its of date… not sure if it’s because she’s new here but total waste of time and rude customer service…
thats fine if truly if its Walgreens policy” but to make faces when a customer asks for the pharmacist or send notifications that the my prescriptions are ready just to drive there with my baby after a long day of work and school to deal with rude unfriendly people is unfortunate.. walgreens you really need to do better.. ill be switching my pharmacy soon.. also got my flu shot here only to get my 25 percent off coupon they offered and they did give me anything.. i swear its always something here PLUS THEY TAKE FOREVER.. guys please chose another pharmacy unless you love being onhold for ever and waiting over an hour just to pick up your so called ready prescription
BY THE WAY The other pharmacist Krista Is the best and she deserves a raise! Always so sweet to me and my family! we love her… If I do choose to stay at Walgreens, it would be because of her and her kindness.. she is a true definition of how A pharmacist should be.. she truly cares for her customers And always gets the job done.. thank you krista for making our trips to Walgreens great never no complaints with her :)

Don’t waste your time at this location. They have technical difficulties all the time and shut down the entire store! Unable to pick up my prescriptions several times at this location and when I call to transfer my prescription they don’t answer. Tried to get it refilled at another location but unable to because insurance had it listed completed with this location! I will be moving my prescription services elsewhere, definitely not any Walgreens!! I heard Bashes and Safeway is cheaper with their scripts as well.

Third time I have tried to pick up a prescription and it was closed. Due to a cost issue, I can only get this medication here. Always an issue when using this pharmacy. I have all my other prescriptions at Fry’s pharmacy which I have had no issues with.

Truly one of the worst pharmacies I’ve dealt with. They don’t answer their phones - picking up a calling and placing it back on hold without speaking doesn’t count as answering. They don’t fill prescriptions in a timely manner and generally makeup reasons why something can’t be filled - anything from a back order to a recall when it was just that they didn’t get around to filling it. The hours on here are incorrect, the store does not open at 7, the doctors office does. Looking at this you would think Walgreens is open at 7 so you get there and there a sign in front of the 2nd door that says they don't open until 8. That is very deceiving, if you can post separate hours for pharmacy then you should post separate hours for the doctors office. If you need anything from this area before 8 am definitely just go across the street to Safeway, they open at 6 am.

We've been using this location for our Pharmacy since 2013. There have been ups and downs depending on who's running it. Right now we have been having massive issues with Phoenix Children's Hospital calling in prescriptions for our son who has brain cancer, and the pharmacy not filling them. PCH will leave provider voicemails, and even speak directly to someone and we never get our meds. I am livid. We need this medication, it isn't an issue with insurance or anything like that. It is ALL to do with the incompetence of the pharmacy.

Today was my first time at this location, I went to the drive through to pick up and I was greeted by the most angelic smile by Krista the pharmacy manager! I’ve never had anyone ever greet me like that. She was so sweet and happy she left an impression on me. Walgreens you have a winner here! Krista thank you for ordering my meds & the great customer service.

Great a staff. To many customers not enough employees. Takes forever to get things especially in pharmacy. Plan on a 30 min trip.....update plan on a 45 min wait guaranteed

It is impossible to reach anyone on the phone at this pharmacy. I run into an issue/delay with just about every prescription they fill whether it be a new one or auto-refill. This has been going on ever since Covid and I'm out of patience. I've had to go days without my medication on multiple occasions. Do they not realize they are affecting peoples' well being? Time to switch pharmacies.

Pick any location. Wanna spend several hours of your day waiting around., use the Walgreens pharmacy. And I'm being generous with "several hours."
