Walgreens put me on an autofill for a prescription that I did not authorize them to. Then let my husband pick it up when he was picking up his prescription. I don't take that medicine and did not authorize it for autofill and now I can't return it. They transferred me four times and said I don't know how it got on autofill if you didn't do it. Horrible customer service

They ignore you and never smile or say it will be a minute. Seems like nobody likes working there and it shows. We all get stressed but when you serve customers you need to suck it up.

I at the drive thru before closing on a Saturday only to be turned away and told to come back on Monday. Not sure why as the are open on Sunday. And to be turned away is ridiculous. This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy i have ever been at. Employees are rude, store inside is a disaster. They have a cash machine that may or may not work. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO A DIFFERENT WALGREENS STORE! YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF FROM BECOMING FRUSTRATED.

The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude especially the white guy who works as a pharmacy tech. His car got hit in the parking lot earlier that day and I have to say maybe that was karma for the way he treats all the patients in line. It's not our fault your short staffed maybe you should charge your attitude. You get what you put out in this life.

Tonight I called in through the automated pharmacy refill line
It had the prescription but not available for pickup. I asked for the pharmacist and got a nice technical who pulled the script and got it placed in line for tomorrow morning. He's helped me out a few times but it just sounds like his normal personality. Polite, and very willing to assist. So refreshing and I just wanted to say thank you and let others know it gets frustrating at times but there are those that help.

The pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever encountered. They can’t wrap their heads around what 2 pack of 2. Is…they claimed that it meant 2 injectors…(epi-pens) very incompetent, very new pharmacist. It’s the only place in town we have random issues filling our scripts. There are cheap, so I guess I get what I pay for… sometimes I go elsewhere just so I don’t have to deal with their antics.

They are out of Suboxone every single time I'm supposed to get my prescription. It doesn't matter what day of the week it is, they're always "out of stock and will have it in a few days". You would think that they would just order more than usual... Suboxone can have severe withdrawal symptoms similar to, if not worse than, heroin. And the staff couldn't care less.
Not to mention I sat there in the drive through line forever and there was only three people ahead of me. Came back when she said that they would have it, sat in drive through line, and again "out of stock". Unbelievable...
If you are on meds that have withdrawal symptoms if not taken, don't go to this Walgreens pharmacy.

Prescription delays because of their management (out of stock ect.), super rude customer care. Lines wait of 45 min every time I've been there. They've taken my ID and then closed the window for their "break" . This is the worst Walgreens out of 6 states and multiple locations. Also they ask you why your at the drive through ...prescriptions why else? They're mannerism is totally off either on the phone, in line inside,or drive through. Since posting this they've canceled my prescription, then filled them again which used both refills and now I have zero refills . This is vindictive
