No drive up teller! Had to go into bank and stand in a line of eight people waiting for ONE teller to take care of their business. Certainly leaves a bad impression. Not everyone can do their banking online!

That five star review is specifically for Sarah in account services. While the brunette behind the glass wanted to tell me how the system works (no stars) and that i need an appointment, Sarah showed me how we could make the system work for me, today! That's not just customer service, it's exceptional customer service. Sarah obviously knows banking inside/out and takes pride in professionalism. Thank you Sarah!! So grateful.

Just unbelievable to me that you can't just walk in and open an account. You need an appointment???? This branch was not very accommodating at all. Walked out and went to US Bank who bent over backwards to accommodate us.

The drive through is ok except for the audio over the speaker. Almost useless during the pandemic with mask. It's so iffy on the staff I've given the 2 stars based on Angela's ability to follow through. I dealt with another person who spent a lot of time with me but when I went back a couple of days later I found out that rep did not forward my information as promised nor did she order my checks, or cancel two auto payments. She went on and on about me stopping those payments. Strange chance that she didn't cancel them and two days later AZ APS contacted me about "Unusual banking "? I don't think so. I tried to call her but she was out so I left a VM asking point blank did she make the call. In my opinion GUILTY by not answering my question. You like to think you could trust the people representing the company you've put your money in but that's not true at this branch. If I need assistance in the future I will call Angela.

The elderly at the counter is unclear at giving instructions and the supervisor is clearly subject to racial profiling making us jump throw additional steps to make a simple transaction even after completing such steps still looking at us like we are trying to commit fraud.

Beyond satisfied! Every time I come in or drive up I am greeted with a big smile and super friendly and helpful tellers Samantha specifically is absolutely phenomenal! Samantha has always gone above and beyond to make sure that I am well taken care of the first time I walk in and always offers help and resolutions to any other questions or concerns that I may have. If you live in the Surprise area and are looking for a great bank experience or to just get taken care of on the first visit I definitely recommend this branch! Thanks Wells Fargo for having such caring and well trained staff!

Called the main Wells Fargo phone number to see if any of the branches were open to notarize documents for us. Of course none of them were open right now due to the COVID, But they did take my name and number and a manager MJ called me back from the Sun City Grand location, she was very helpful and accommodating. She scheduled an appointment and even when the second party of my group was running late she still took care of us.

The Wells Fargo fraud dept. called me about a suspicious check when I was out of town for the weekend. As soon as I got back, I came to this location when the doors opened at 9 am and signed in to talk to a banker about the fraud. I was told they had appointments all morning and I could make an appointment for that afternoon! I was appalled when I said their fraud dept. called me and I didn't want to wait and just got a shrug. I left and went to the location on Grand Ave. where I was treated with respect and helped immediately. Will never go back here,, not customer oriented.

My mother, a recent widow was targeted by scammers who wanted her to purchase thousands of dollars worth of gift cards. They are so slick and the best at their dubious profession, but my mother decided to stop into her local Wells Fargo Bank branch on the way. Thank goodness for the kind people who helped her, she stopped there because she knows everyone ... Thank you Wells Fargo in Sun City Grand, AZ!
