I've been as steady client of Subway since 1990. I've been coming to your store about once per week since September 2020 in Taylor, AZ. One of the major reasons I come to subway s because of your Flat Bread. I am highly allergic to Yeast in regular breads! So, I'm a regular customer. I've known, Austin, Riley, Ellie, Jordan, etc. Jordan used to tell me in this past year that I was one of his favorite customers. On two separate occasions, the last one being Saturday evening, a fairly new clerk by the name of "Jeff", dark brown hair about 5"8" has refused to serve me for no founded reason. He claims that I have been unruly, said that I have said verbal sexual innuendos towards female Subway clerks (the last time I even interacted with a female clerk was over two months ago with a really nice gal who was about 8 months pregnant and was going on maternity leave on the next day and even waited on me at 8:45 pm), he has yelled at me. gotten emotional with me in front of other clients, has no proof, has made false allegations and false witnessing, he doesn't even know what my name is and he has threatened to call the police on me. Once I bought with a coupon one footlong and get one free and said he knew who I was and that he would never serve me ever again, I go there usually when he is not in and I have informed Austin of what he has been doing and saying to me. Austin says that he is about to be ready to be fired. Plus Austin says that Jeff has yelled at other customers and not just to me. He is a very angry individual and is a disgrace to be associated with Subway's great reputation. In all my adult life, I've have never been treated by anyone in customer service the way he has treated me on 3 different visits to your store. For that last 3 months this has related in 1-2 less orders at your store every week! It gives me a lot of consternation even to bring this issue up. This Jeff should not be allowed to be employed in a Subway restaurant ever again. He is bad for business and should look for another type of work where he does not have to interact with the general public. I am extremely upset about it! Please fire this person so I can order my sandwich and I can eat it in peace!Dietary restrictions: Subway's flat/thin bread allows me/you to avoid eating more yeast when it is highly allergic for me.

While the subway app is great and makes ordering very simple. I ate at this location last. I placed an order in another city and had accidentally placed it at this location. While customer service should come first at any business, this subway refused to refund or send the order to a different location. The employee told me that he'd get fired if he refunded me. It's not on the employee but this location for horrible leadership and poor understanding of how a business should be ran.

Nick was all by himself, took care of an entire football team and everyone else in line. He did his job with pride, confidence and patients. Our family eats out quite often, and we value quality service and friendly people. That is what you have in Nick he’s amazing!

Visited on a Friday evening around 6pm. Only 2 employees working. The young pregnant lady was basically handling everything on her own. The young man was wearing ear buds and customers had to constantly repeat their orders. There needs to be a 3rd employee on duty to handle the online orders as it seemed to really hold up the line. No complaints towards the young lady but the place seems to be mismanaged by the owner. 2 employees on a Friday night seemed a bit understaffed.

I used to love subway the sandwiches used to be worth the price, not anymore. Now it's just another place that skimps on everything even the veggies and the service is so slow every time I go there I wait 20mins just to place my order and the worst part there was only one person in front of me.

The young man who made our sandwiches was working alone and had the most upbeat personality I have seen in a long time. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. I only wish they could get the sunflower crunch bread like they have back east.

crew can’t read what i ordered online? you give me wrong and less meat when i asked for extra i pay $2.50 more and no onion and pepper. you still give me onion and pepper when i told you no! wasted my time to deal with you!

9/15/2023 Ordered for pickup in Taylor, hair in my sandwich. So gross! Couldn’t go back due to circumstances and no one answered the phone.

The crew on 8/7/2023 was patient and efficient. The food was fresh and made very well. Thank you for a comfortable and tasty meal. You guys were awesome.Vegetarian options: You can make your sub a salad instead if needed.

Don't place orders online, they forget ingredients and it's a coin toss if they actually toasted the sandwich. Bread is also super hit or miss, often they are out of most options and of the options they do have the bread is super stale and not a pleasing texture. The only consistent thing about this location is the lack of people
