The food at this Taco Bell was pretty good. It was served hot and met my expectations.

Never had any issues with this location until yesterday. I have food issues and placed an online order without sour cream on my items. Was correct there and also when my order was read back to me upon arrival. Bite into my food and it’s practically nothing but cream. I spent the remainder of the night being sick and medicated. I will not be using this location again.

You can end up standing at the front being ignored by csr's for minutes on end just to get a cup for the drink you ordered. Ever since the order kiosks were put in customer service has dropped.

Seems like EVERY time I eat at this location several items in my order get messed up. Not hard to see NO LETTUCE or NO NACHO CHEESE. Also have had numerous occasions where the potatoes were hard enough to literally break a tooth. In their defense, IF it’s brought to their attention, they have tried to make it right every time. Just wished there was a little more “attention to detail” from the beginning.

Food is going up in price, but not portion size. You have to order on the kiosk and customer service is steadily declining. I eat at Taco Bell, because it's inexpensive, however I am becoming more and more inclined not to eat there.Vegetarian options: I appreciate that they have vegetarian options, but most of it is overpriced. A Mexican pizza for $5?!?

Not sure what changed, but the service here has gone way down over the last couple months. If they want everyone to use the kiosks then they need to have a sign up saying so. Several times I have seen people up front standing, waiting to give their order and they are just completely ignored. Today, there was a lady with a young child and a baby in her arms. She stood at the front for a very long time, waiting. She then saw someone go to the kiosk and order, so she did also. I could see that she was struggling while holding the baby and trying to put her order in. I wanted to go ask her if I could hold her baby for her while she finished but I thought that would be weird lol When my husband went up to get our food, the worker turned and left before he could ask him for our drink cup and had to wait a while until he could get someone's attention. While he was waiting, another customer standing there looked over and said "They're not big on customer service are they?" Since there are not many choices for food up here, I sincerely hope this changes.

This location always messes up, you go inside and they make you use kiosks, nobody at the cash register. When you order on the kiosks and want anything special like onions or sour cream added, it will charge you for it, but they won't put it on in the back, then if you use the drive through they always forget the

Your "rolled chicken tacos" are just frozen chicken taquitos. I could have bought a box at Walmart for what you charged me for 4.

You have to order at the kiosk now, according to the employee there you can no longer order at the counter.

It’s a Taco Bell. In Snowflake/Taylor, which is a small town, it is one of the only places you can for sure get an allergen free meal. Their allergen information is posted online and I haven’t seen them slip up yet. That meal may be a bean burrito with no cheese and a side of cinnamon twists, but at least it’s safe.Vegetarian options: If you just get beans on your burrito or taco, it’s vegetarian. That leaves a pretty good selection.Kid-friendliness: My kids really like Taco Bell. It’s the cinnamon twists.Parking: This Taco Bell shares a parking lot with Bashas and the surrounding stores. It is a large parking lot and there are always open spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to the door and the restaurant is wheelchair friendly.Dietary restrictions: Their allergen information is posted online and is pretty consistent. Their dairy free options are slim but their gluten and soy free options are better.

this place is a hot mess. the owner needs to add 1-2 more staff so that the dining area can stay clean and the kitchen staff can complete the orders in a timely manner.plus, look at the janky way they plug the drive thru sign in ?if you live in Taylor, I feel for you since you don't have many restaurant options.
