“I was in need of a truck for the day to unload my storage unit. I hesitated at first, because the reviews were not good, and certainly not great. However, I was happily surprised that Kris, took care of my needs even though the U-Haul website claimed he had a vehicle he did not. He accommodated me and gave me as much time as I needed because of the mistake by the website. Small location, but great customer service could not ask for anything more.”
