This is the worst post office i have ever dealt with. They send packages back to original shipper same day. The hours are ridiculous if you work and can't get there same day to pick up packages. I would highly recommend getting a P.O box somewhere else.

Slow service and no accountability. Packages always take longer to receive at this location than another local location.

My wife came in to verify our address, but the lady at the counter said it had to be me, since I was the primary. I am working in the valley and was unable for several weeks to come in. Several weeks later we come back to Taylor. I made a copy of our box key. They call me 30 minutes later, they gave our box (for 5 years) to somebody else, and I need to bring the key back. They told us they would have never turned the spouse away, and have no explanation as to why they did that. Poor customer service and disorganized!

They like to send your mail back to the merchant. Their customer service is not great.

Almost all parcels have been returned to sender and they are very condescending. Poor service. Sad excuse for a govt agency, frankly.Actively harming their neighborhood for what seems to be just extreme laziness. Embarrassing.

Horrible customer service and condescending employees. I will avoid this location from now on. It's not hard to be nice.
