I have found this on Google because of my 2016 Nissan Sentra is currently experiencing transmission issues. I initially called for a general inquiry and I have spoken with Lorenzo and he was so detailed, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Even though my situation is slightly different and I did not have the opportunity to receive any services at the moment, but if any situation arise where I need a mechanic, I will definitely go with this place

took my dodge diesel here off a recommendation from a friend. worst decision, rebuilt my tranny 1st time and I had 3k on rebuild, over heated on me 289 degrees!!! brought it back transmission was supposedly pulled for thorough inspection....said everything looked new come get it....picked it up and now when I put it in gear hesitates to go...Lorenzo said it was like that already and don't know why I never mentioned. alot of coincidences happened while truck was with him, including bypass valve was out of stock for initial build, so he put a new Mopar, which I don't believe because when I picked it up drove it home it had dried mud on it already and I drove on roads not dirt. 2nd inspection he couldn't put bypass because he just used last one 1 week before I got in. OD drum he said he had a new one on shelf he would use in my truck coincidentally when he opens sealed package it was in fact used from supplier haha. don't get me wrong Lorenzo is a very good speaker,preacher and sales man good at what he does but my personal experience I don't believe a word he says and don't trust him at all he mentioned he buys good used or rebuilt parts and uses theme, he took 4 month old parts off my transmission and put who knows what in it, I'm in process of finding out if the actual transmission in my truck now is in fact the original waiting on dealer to call back verify tag on block. make your own decisions but for ram 2019 amd new he's not the guy!!!! end result he admitted he couldn't fix my truck after 3 weeks swapping parts and returned some funds. not trustful at all shop is cluttered no clean work space, do your research for diesels before going here....and yes I am tuned 30hp tow tune which he blames for the issues without directly saying it...if you are building stage 1 can't handle 30hp haha your doing something wrong::::::UPDATE MY TRUCK IS AT A TRANSMISSION SHOP BEING REBUILT NOW, AMD WAS TOLD I HAVE MISMATCH CLUTCHES IN MY TRUCK AND A CHEAP TRANSGO KIT THAT DOES NOT HELP IN ANYWAY. SO WHAT HAPPENED WAS I GOT PEOPLES OLD USED STUFF THAT WAS USEABLE STILL BUT STILL TRIED TO CHARGE!!! PEOPLE BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU SELECT SHOPS YES IT MAY RUN BUT WERE ALL YOUR PARTS NEW???? I ASKED A QUESTION ONE TIME AMD HE GOT UPSET AND VERY DEFENSIVE SAID HE DONT KNOW WHY I DONT TRUST HIM !!! ASKING A QUESTION DOSENT MEAN NO TRUST...UNLESS UR GUILTY OF SUM SKETCHY STUFF...ANYWAY JUST A FYI!! MY TRANSMISSION IS BEING BUILT CORRECTLY NOW..... UPDATE TRANS WAS FULLY REBUILT AT TIER1 TRANSMISSION MAN ARE THESE GUYS SHARP!!!! VERY INFORMATIVE ASK AMY QUESTION YOU WANT AND THEY HAVE AN ANSWER, CLEAN PROFESSIONAL SHOP AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN GAS AND DIESEL BUILDS 100% RECOMMEND TIER1 TRANSMISSION

We took our motorhome there today. The owner or manager he came out and he checked it and gave us all the valuable information. He exactly knows what is he doing. Fantastic place!!

Just moved here from florida and my 2018
Tahoe transmission blew all the quotes around town were insane,I’m talking 8k i thought that was ridiculous then I met a guy who had the same issue and he gave me the info for Phillips transmissions maaaaaan when I tell you guys they saved me so much $ and time. I thank you guys again for the fast turn around time and the best price I got in az and tx
