I was having transmission issues with my Subaru and another local transmission shop quoted me $8,000 for a total transmission replacement. I found Phillips online and reached out. I took my car in the next day, and within five minutes, Lorenzo diagnosed it as a valve body issue. I purchased the part for $945 and Lorenzo’s team installed it the next day for $190! They saved me nearly $7,000 and explained everything they did in detail. They have lifelong customers with our family and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the valley! They are the best!

Unbelievably great service, turnaround and results. When I called another transmission shop that was very highly rated to find out about transmission removal and replacement. They were booked for months. I asked where they would go if they themselves needed a transmission replaced they would go to Phillips Transmissions! That was the best advice ever.Service: Transmission

Lorenzo and his team are amazing professionals on their field, not just the 50+ years of combined experience fixing transmissions, but their honesty and human side on helping the customer to solve their issues, not just taking their money and moving on to the next job. Both of Lorenzo’s employees work there for 15+ years which says a lot of their boss. They have experience in old Rolls Royces, Land Rovers which is hard to find, but also fix your day to day Ford and Chevys. They fixed both my Astro and Humvee and could have charged me a lot more money, but their honesty triumphed and ended up being simple things to fix. You have to be patient as they have more customers than they can accommodate, but on transmission work, you don’t want to gamble with just anyone.
