while the collection sites have been slowly improving they are still a long way from a professional organization overall the collection sites are the window dressing.
might be lacking quality control in test data based on recent test results i received. i cant get any detail from SQ on why theres a 6% discrepancy on 2 samples collected same day/same time
they really need to review their HIPAA standards especially on electronic communications as presently they are inadequate.

This is not the place for patient blood work, they need to call this building something different so it doesn't appear in the search results alongside every other place that DOES do patient blood work.

Do not go to the location at Phoenix Children’s Hospital! They will ignore your concerns and put your child through yet another traumatic blood draw experience! They should not be allowed to be located in a children’s hospital!

Due to a chronic condition I’ve had numerous labs sent to this company over the last however many years. No matter how many times I’ve sent them corrected insurance information, they can’t get it right. Somehow they get the insurance company wrong, the primary insured, or the policy number wrong. Because of it I get billed and they refuse to bill the correct company. It’s at the point where I honestly believe it’s on purpose, and I’m tired of emailing only to not get a response, or spending hours on hold. It’s a fight every single time I get labs done. I do not have time for this, and trying to get an answer is a full time job on top of the one I’ve already got. You guys need to get it together. I’m asking my doctor to find any lab in AZ that isn’t these guys since they can’t do anything right.

Everything is always absolutely wonderful at the Mountain View location which I always go to. All of the technicians and Heather????? at the front desk are always extremely professional and kind. That’s why I go back there each and every time and believe me I go a lot. Probably been there 75 to 100 times. They are fantastic.

Fraudulently bills for labs already paid at the Doctor's office. No one ever picks up in the billing department! On hold for an hour and 15 minutes and no one ever picked up my call. Unscrupulous, unethical, and commits fraud!

I got right in, Art was great he got me right back and took my blood. I will have to say it was the first time I barely felt the needle poke me. I know who to request for the next time. I hope he likes his job to stay at that lab.

Be prepared to wait on hold for over an hour to speak to someone about a simple billing submission request. Horribly run company letting call queues get that bad.
