This place rents out Lemons, with check engine light on, Exterior lights not working properly, With no current or proper paperwork And they give you credit hoping u keep the car, but in all Actuality. what about the Driver/ renter what about there bills we can't get Get credit but late fees and then no car to rent because u have real Bill's to pay. they need cars not a new place... I highly suggest u rent from someone else

Horrible experience!!! DO NOT RENT!! Rented a car that was dirty, smelt it smoke, and ran out of gas (gauge broke). Over heated, back lights out, tires bad and too embarrassed to pick up passengers in it. Uber needs to remove off platform. Nobody returns calls for maintenance but late in a payment they will harass you like no other.

Customer service was fantastic,Just picked up the car today and have to take it back tomorrow do to mechanical issues that may have been missed.Upset that I have a car and still missed a day of working ?Hopefully they will put me in a car that is road ready in the morning.Also I called for a tow truck service several times and nothing back at all very disappointed with that.

This is my first time renting from ucars. I was sceptic because a lot of the reviews I read have displayed this company in a negative light. I just wanted to leave a honest review of my experience. It’s hard getting great customer service in this day & age. This experience was definitely a 10 out of 10. Brandon assisted me with my rental purchase of a 2023 Chevy Malibu & made the experience amazing. I’m really glad I decided to not let the negative reviews out way my decision. Brandon really was patient & personable made sure that I was satisfied the whole way through & got me into a beautiful vehicle for ride-share. Thank you again Brandon & Ucars!! I appreciate y’all amazing customer service.

Ucars switched places without notifying their drivers. They went from Tempe to Phoenix and didn’t tell anyone their business. Just had to find out. They don’t answer their phones. I had no insurance for two weeks cause they mixed up vin numbers. So I couldn’t drive or use the car and couldn’t call them because they don’t answer. It was a great car. But scandalous employees. So when I was done I told them and they said they were shutting it off. So after that it sat for over a week and then charged me for it and 500$ for towing. I told them I had no problem giving their key; but no one came to the door. They said they were going to charge me another 300$ if I don’t get it to them. Don’t use Ucar. When they got their car back; all their vehicles were back. All the 2023 Malibu were sitting in there lots. They are scandalous. Their employees are in and out just like their managers. They don’t know up from down. I worked with them crooked people to get my car keep going. Employees tell you something then another day something else because the other employee is gone. I brought the key back and listened to their employees talk about “if she did something “bam” not going to say anything again.” Skinny little man.

9/7/2023The Phoenix office should check all the cars before they are rented. I am currently driving a vehicle with a check engine light on, stability light, the tires are bald, and there is something going on with the steering wheel and axle. I’m expected to take time out of my day to take a car I rented less than a week ago to the auto shop? I don’t think so. I keep calling the office they won’t answer the phone. I was speaking to someone at one point. We were disconnected she has not tried to call me back. They may have moved offices from Tempe to Phoenix but did not pick up any professionalism along the way.Ucars has the largest fleet of ride share vehicles. Unfortunately they are unable to keep up with their cars. not only the maintenance of the cars but sometimes the locations as well. It took me 30 minutes to find the car I rented. I had to take it directly to the car wash and wipe it down. It was beyond filthy. You can wait there in their lobby for 2 plus hours waiting for a vehicle. They also need to streamline their process so who ever is doing the contracts is in a cubicle or out of view, so they can process the applications much faster without interruption.Usually the lobby is packed with new renters as well as current renters having their vehicles serviced. Lots of stories of vehicles not starting or shutting off!

Currently renting through them a 2016 camry, I have tried to call the front desk hundreds of times, zero response. I had mechanical work done and need the days pay credited for the time spent on fixing the broken car. thank you. I do not want to keep paying to rent more and more if they cant give me credit for the previous week. Thank you.I edited my review from 1 star to 4 star since they did credit me for the time worked , but please, ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!Cannot run a business without answering your phone!

I usually don’t leave reviews but this is the worst company you can possibly rent from for rideshare won’t even work on payments with you never have I ever had a problem with a rideshare company or turning me off in the middle of the road. What if I would have been on the highway with traffic ? I could have died. Never rent from them please. And also their cars always have problems constantly in the shop ?

Great place great service & Tanner made promises he was able to keep and backup. We have struggled with other places lying & deceiving just to waste our time, but not Tanner Craig! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs a rideshare vehicle. We were reassured by him on our way in because my son is 22, he said he would be able to get us into a 2023 Chevy Malibu & we walked out after about 30minutes (after being 3rd in line that is how fast they are)with 7miles on it. Great service all around, thanks for everything Tanner & U Cars!

Tanner and Brandon were so amazing!Prompt, courteous and the customer service was welcoming! Flew in from Baltimore on a Wednesday night and they had me set up by end of day Thursday! Literally the last customer. These two made my experience nice especially after receiving a brand new 2023. Best experience renting a vehicle @ UCars,Awesome service from Tanner, direct, straightforward, thorough communication, I was always left certain and clear when we spoke. They had the best deal, best price, the vehicle was new, pristine, the whole process was simple and effortless and quick and even enjoyable. Darius took really great care of me when I was picking up the vehicle; Jaren and Gilbert were very helpful and also kind. Thank you guys for all of your help and attentiveness and care. Their cars are in horrible condition. Driving for a ride-share service it’s important to have a vehicle that’s nice, clean and respectable for the riders comfort and pice of mind.There are pros and cons to renting with UCars so definitely do your research and really see if this is where you’d like to rent.
