I was forced to go to this UPS store because another one down the street couldn’t print labels. This store said they could so I decided to go inside. I wanted at least 7 labels printed for the scheduled pick up that I had, and the lady at the front advised that the label was only for one box and they can’t print multiple labels because it would only scan for one of the boxes which is not specified on their website when you are trying to schedule a pick up so I had the lady print off one label for me and then I decided to call customer service and the gentleman on the phone advised I could print off multiple Copies of the one label and stick it on several boxes so which is the correct answer? I’m tired of getting the runaround. I just ended up canceling the pick up because this has been a very frustrating experience.

This location helped me through a difficult amazon return (4 tires) where other locations would not. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you so much, I would recommend this location highly.

Printed my Grandmother’s funeral program beautifully, fast, and even stapled it when we forgot to ask. They treated us wonderfully, and in a difficult time, that’s all one could ask for.

The lady she work at this This Location she’s very very very bad and rude all the time I been going to this location for the last 2 years because the closest one to my house and always I see this rude lady manager there she don’t help at all and always give hard time but every time I just ignore her and let it go but today I can’t let it go with not complaining about her I always call for notary and she doesn’t want to do it however she’s always use excuse that she doesn’t have help to help me with that and no costumer in the store and take 2 minutes to do it this time I called 3 different locations they was really good and helpful and more than happy to help with notaries until they close why only this location they don’t do it after 5 ? Just because this rude lady working there ? This is very bad I hope she get fired soon because I like to go there a lot she doesn’t even helpful when we drop off packages always rude I will keep complaining about her until she get fired I hate to do that but this stopping people from getting there business done

I have been going to the UPS store on baseline Rd for a couple years now. Everyone is really helpful, I mostly receive help from Alex and she goes over and beyond with making sure the service you came in for is completed and done right.
Alex personality is amazing, she very professional, I want go to any other UPS store, I would rate this store more then five stars but they only allow you to be able to choose five stars!

The customer service for this store is declining.
The last two times I went in this specific store the associates working don’t seem interested in helping you.
Today I went to get my document scan, I got home and everything and none of my document was sent.
I called and to my surprised they did not sent my documents. So if I didn’t called, I just paid for nothing and wasted my gas.
On top of that they “can’t find the other documents they scan”. Very incompetent.
This store is the closest store in my house but I will start driving to the next UPS or might as we’ll use FedEx.

Does not provide photos for passports. WiFi does not work for returning Amazon items.

I frequently drop off my Amazon returns at this location. The last few times I have dropped off packages I later get a message that they have not received my packages. Please make sure you keep your tracking receipts even after receiving your refund because this location is clearly not sending them in.

If I could give this UPS store Zero Stars, I would. DO NOT drop off your Amazon Returns here. They still have not shipped out my Return to Amazon and it has been almost 2 weeks. My Amazon account showed that nothing was being processed. The Amazon time window for the return has closed . I lost $20 because this store has done nothing with my return, except lose it somewhere in the store . Go to the UPS Store at 2753 E Broadway Rd #101 Mesa, AZ 85204 instead which does great with Amazon returns.

Didn’t know it was possible for a UPS store to be so chill. Came in to ship a weird item and there was a slight mishap that the staff corrected and everyone was super friendly. Also they let me made sure it was packed okay to please my OCD. 10/10 great time. Idk why people leave bad reviews! I’m always coming back here to ship stuff.
