They need to get there act together one time we rent a car and no questions asked easy peasy. This time they want a utility bill and now because we didn't have one on hand .Why ?cuz we didn't need one before . absolutely ridiculous.Wont be going back there again .There is no issue we have a utility bill it's just the fact that last month no issues and today whoever the lady was down right rude .

I was on the phone with these ladies off and on for 3 days waiting for a rental my insurance set up, they had no cars available and when they finally had a car available for me they decided to close up and leave work early before I can even get there Brenda was rude every time I called to ask for availability. You know living in a small town like we do you would think they would work with you and try and help you out, maybe they need new employees this place is a joke.
