The van's transmission went out. The company ignored the drivers many complaints before it happened. I'd give them no stars if possible.

If you cannot get yourself to doctors appointments in, or out, of town, this is a great option, so long as you book them in advance and the drivers can account for all passengers travel time accordingly. I haven't used them, personally, but my friends and family that have would recommend them.

i have waited for more than an hour and took another hour and twenty minutes to get home. I am at most 25 minutes from pick up point. All i have to say is this: WAIT AND SEE!!!!!!!! I have pain/ 7 and no fun just riding around. I am ready to go with the dirtiest cabs ever. At least they arrive in a 20 minute frame.

I would give them 0 stars if I could! My fiancé and I were in a bad car accident and he his wheelchair bound! They were an hour late picking us up and left us sitting for over 2 hours! When we called they kept saying a driver would be there in 20 minutes! We ended up calling my parents to pick us up after 2 1/2 hours! Do not use this company! Horrible service and it's scary that they are doing medical transportation

I used this transportation today. Driver was scheduled to pick me up at 1:00pm, but came around 1:30pm. I was going at the address 8997 E. Desert Cove, Scottsdale, AZ. It was ordered by my insurance company. The driver was very rude, and driving very rough. He wasn't slowing down on bumps. I told him 3 times to be slowed down on bumps. I was on wheel chair. I have a severe back problem, had a surgery done. I am in pain so much. He didn't care. Also, when we got to the doctor's office. He took my wheelchair out from the car and gave my 10 years old to drive. He was having hard time driving, opening the door at doctor's office. They don't care of the patient. The company name is Gentle Care Transport, but the service is opposite.

Don't ride alone! Nothing like being locked in a moving car with a stranger who is telling you how attractive you are and what a "treat" this is for him.

Started off fair when they first began to pick my Mother and I to my Mother's Dialysis treatments. Now they spread our regular driver thin on his runs. The Dispatchers believe that Maricopa is a small town and that every run is a 5 minute run. It takes about 25 minutes just to get from my home to the dialysis clinic. They book too many clients without the resources to pick them up. At the Dialysis Clinic there are at least 4 clients including my Mother that are being picked up late for both arrival and return trips. And Dialisys patients can't wait that long due to their illnesses. Their Vans are constantly breaking down and are never repaired properly. I honestly feel bad at the poor conditions the Drivers have to work with crappy vans. I give them a negative ten rating. Shame on Gentle care. One other thing, I feel the dispatchers should should ride every once in a while to understand the proper distances between trips so they'll know that not every trip is 5 minutes away.

One of your drivers decided that it's a good idea to cut me off when their lane was merging. They had to go way over the speed limit and literally cut me off AFTER the merge entrance. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid them side swiping me. Maybe you should let whoever drives the red van with the number 178 on the back know that merging lanes are supposed to YIELD, not nearly cause an accident. I feel sorry for any of their passengers. Conveniently the email address listed on their website comes back as "undeliverable" probably because they're tired of receiving complaints.
