I am impressed with the service at the Safford AZ Safeway Pharmacy. They go above and beyond to ensure their patients have what they need in a timely manner. I truly appreciate your hard work. Stephanie was very helpful 1/14/25, the pharmacists are always so nice, too.

The meat department seems to always have rude people working that are too busy to help a customer. They only have 2 registers going so you can wait forever.

I have been a customer of Safeway Pharmacy for a couple of decades. ?I have stayed with them because I feel like they know me and greet me by name.They have been very helpful/supportive when I have had issues with my insurance company covering prescriptions.I would highly recommend Safeway Pharmacy!!!

I am former employee of this place. They treat us like we are not human. They play favorites and if you aren't a favorite employee they don't treat you good. Especially if you are hard worker. I don't recommend working for the Thatcher Safeway because of the Manger's and Store director

This pharmacy was hazing me while I was struggling with walking shopping with my fiance, the Hispanic lady purposely got the attention of her colleagues pointed and started laughing at me, I've been treated with humiliation and severe trauma in the past from these people discrimination on my health and reputation I will pursue a criminal lawyer for your on going hazing.

If I could give negative stars I would. The wait in line is always to long. 300 people behind is ridiculous. Multiple people have been rude to me. Rude women got irritated when I asked how long ot would take. Switching to Walmart. Multiple regular Safeway employees have been Rude as well.

If I could give negative stars I would. Safeway in Thatcher, AZ literally used up my mother's refills, re-shelfed the medicine after 3 days and mom couldn't get a refill after switching pharmacies until she had been out of medicine for over a week. That's the least of the issues with this pharmacy. Small towns are known for their gossip but I expect more from healthcare professionals. Maybe Safeway should actually hire professionals instead of taking courtesy clerks and front-end cashiers and throwing them in the Pharmacy with little to no healthcare training. I vote with my dollars and today I vote Walmart.

Great selection and nice employees! My husband and I travel all over the US and Safeway or Randall's are stores we always go to When they are close by. This Safeway was clean and the bakery selection was pretty good! The shelves were well stocked which was surprising as the Walmart in Safford had bare shelves! keep up the great work Safford! You're doing a fabulous job!

Very poor service stand at registers forever and at the pharmacy forever to get waited on forget to give you all the sales prices.
