By far the worst credit union I have ever dealt with. I’m not a person to ever leave a review but they are absolutely awful! I have never dealt with a company that makes it so difficult to make a payment, their system is a joke!

The ATM here seldom works for processing loan payments or even adding cash to your account. I've wasted my time driving out here one too many times to pay a loan or add cash to my account. It's very, very frustrating.America First credit union is a fine credit union for the most part, their ATMs are very hit or miss, this one more miss than anything. Save yourself the hassle and drive if you're trying to use the ATM here.

This credit union has been amazing for me! I have had a car loan for several years with them and was looking for a additional off road fun vehicle and they got me approved quickly! They always emailed back fast during the process and answered all questions. The entire process was very simple! I will always go to them first for future financing.

Give us thumbnail images of items deposited at the branch or with the app.(You already record an image of it, so let us reference it later.) This will eliminate a lot of man-hours when we are waiting on the phone for someone in customer service to verify us and research it. That's a waste. Especially for business accounts; we need to be able to reference what that deposit was. BTW - every time you upgrade your computer system, you flush the content we've entered in the "memo" field!! So either let us attach an image that we've taken of our checks, or our receipts, in order to make this be efficient (just like American Express does), or just ask your technicians to include a thumbnail image of the deposits.What a difference this would make for anyone who's trying to account for taxes, etc, etc.!!And having asked for this for YEARS upon YEARS and every single AFCU employee says "yeah, that'd be a good idea", why isn't this being implemented? Don't tell me it's a security issue. There's nothing on the front of that check that we didn't already know when it was in our hands and we were depositing it at the branch or in the app.Just wanted to say that Kim was an excellent representative of the company. I had to get a cashier's check redone, and she knew exactly how to solve the problem without making the customer suffer. Thank you. The only thing that could be improved about this branch is that you need more employees. Waiting twenty minutes to be served is quite a burden for a customer.

In reference to this particular branch 221 N. 79th Ave. Very disrespectful treatment from here from the service center manager, Kim May .Extremely disrespectful And non-apologetic even after being corrected by another worker there at the branch she stuck to her guns and made my time there as awful and embarrassing as she could .I did the exact same transaction @atm that I had made many times except it did not dispense my $800 on this occasion… I waited in line and once I was seen I explained what had occurred. Kim (manager)got extremely loud and said “ I can tell you that you are not telling the truth because our atm will not give more than 500, I hope you are not expecting any money from us today because you are not getting any” one of the lady’s that work there explained to her it actually does and her response was “how am I supposed to know that - so what are you expecting from us because you are still not getting any money from us?/ you need to reach out to your bank”The other lady there ended up helping me and apologized for Kim’s treatment but Kim treated me as if I was a thief and never changed her stance or apologized ( I do bank here as well and have had 2 car loans paid off here but will not again until Kim is gone)Read from others here and a very repetitive complaint is her treatment with racist implications but she continues with the same treatment of customers even in this day and age.???

Very helpful and kind staff at this branch! And the service when i have to call them is very helpful! If you have to wait on hold, they're very good at being ready to help you!

Accused of not making payment. Have a copy of check sent by my bank and endorsedby them. The amount was in 3 places on check. Their recorded amount was 6 cents off been on phone for over an hour for their mistake of 6 cents. Cost them alot more

Sold a trailer to a member of this credit Union. Transferring the title and paperwork were nothing but headaches. Long waits. Terrible bank

I come here because it’s the closest branch to where I live. The Caucasian male (I didn’t get his name) must be racist against Native Americans. I observed how he treats non-natives and it’s a whole lot different than how he treated me. Maybe there’s a reason why he transferred to this branch from Page, AZ. I’m taking my business to Tempe branch from now on. I’m better off driving a longer distance than to deal with people like him.

I have an auto loan, I do not live near branch, I have to call to speak to someone to pay over the phone with my debit card. They charge a fee. They need to make a way to pay online with card.

This is about the location, not the company. You are lucky if you go into this location and there is more than one person working. You have to stand in line, sometimes outside due to the length of the line, and wait for one poor person to help you. It’s rude to us as customers for there to not be enough employees, but it’s completely unfair and rude to make one person run an entire branch themselves. Unfortunately I can’t get the help I need over the phone and am told to go into a branch. Complaint about the company: somehow customer service agents don’t know what this particular document is that they apparently gave me; it’s a packet of documents from them, so why can’t they tell me without the need to go into a branch?Well I’ve tried going multiple times and can’t wait in the lines that form. Doesn’t seem to matter what time you go; I’ve gone during lunch, a break, after work, and I’m still stuck.

This federal credit union bank may be ok for loans if you live near a branch, which I don't. Customer service reps on the phones need more training. They have mislead me many times.
