This store has the best customer service out of any AT&T I have been to, WA or AZ.Myself, husband and son recently went in to upgrade all of our phones as well as purchasing other accessories. I think we had gone into this location through this process at least 5 times.Each time they were so helpful , explained everything and so professional. Shout out to Isaiah and Karla for your exceptional customer service.

I went yesterday may 11th 2023, to upgrade my phone excellent service, but they forgot to give me a receipt, I just hope I get my $800 dl discount, I trade in GalaxyS7 for a Galaxy S23 ultra.that I hope too comes on Monday 15th 2023.

Do not recommend switching if you already have a carrier. Theyll charge you to "switch" your service but don't take care of dealing with your old provider. While you are under the impression that they will take care of anything your old provider will continue to chargre you as well if you don't reach out.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. THEY WILL STEAL MONEY FROM YOU!! I ordered two phones, an IPhone 14 pro and a pro max. The phones had to be shipped so I paid the sales tax on both phones which came out to $197.00. The salesperson got the order wrong. He was so concerned with the football game playing on their DirecTV display that he wasn't paying attention to my order. So I had to drive back up to the store and have him correct my order, which he wasn't able to do!!So because Adil Mahamed is incompetent at his job, now I'm inconvenienced with hours of waiting on hold with AT&T customer service trying to correct my order. The next day, I find another charge on my account for $103.20. I texted Adil, the salesperson who screwed up my order and took down my information and most likely stole my credit card information. In any case I texted him my concerns with the extra charge that came in the next day and he couldn't tell me what the charge was for!! So this leads to another 2 hours on the phone with AT&T customer service to find out what that charge is for just to hit another dead end of course. Because they don't know what that charge is for either. Which means the salesperson stole my card info and is spending on my card!!! I have pretty much run out of options for help at this point. I wouldn't think that I'd have to worry about a large company like AT&T hiring employees that would steal money out of my account. $103 is not enough money to risk a bad reputation for. Or the employee losing his job or risking legal action. I'm not above going to that store before it opens and taping the employee's name all over the storefront along with the info that he stole money from my account. But it seems like everyone I've spoken with from AT&T is unconcerned with my issues. So I have no choice but to fight dirty! I will never do business with AT&T again. And neither should you! F****** thieves!

ATT Tolleson was "Shadiest" laziest no professionalism useless customer service and lied about system down (come to find out ). Put no effort to assist. Watch out!! ..ATT in Scottsdale helped us right away!

Very BAD, bait and switch sales tactics.On approximately 1/5/2022, I was shopping in a Target Store located at 9830 W Lower Buckeye Rd, Tolleson, AZ 85353 and was approached by a AT&T salesperson who had a booth in the electronics department. I originally was told in December by a salesperson in Target that I would be charged $110 a month for the phone service and get 4 new Pixel 6 phones included in the payment. The only upfront fee would be for the taxes which I was told was $254.56 and I paid that at the time.I was then sent a bill for $500. I called to ask why I was being charged that amount. The customer service agent on the phone told be the original amount I was offered was not possible. I would however be eligible to have the same plan for $126 a month; to which I agreed.I received a new bill for $276.15. On 3/8/2022, I called AT&T again; And was told it was not resolved yet.On 3/9/2022 I paid for an amount the was noted on my account as past due for $96.81On 3/22/2022 I was charged $258.68. I called AT&T and was told they are still reviewing; and will return my inquiry within 5 business days for resolution

This second AT&T store I went to, had the phone I wanted. It was the best service from the guys. They were very kind helpful and quick to help me with setting up my phone. Also, happy and humorous and greeted me. I would definitely come back to this store.
