Appointment was wrong by broker and Autozone stayed for 3 days till rescheduling and finally dock the trailer and wait for 2 hours to get unload hope I never come back here overnight parking by the street

I have to give 5 stars.
Every time I was here i got empty before my my appointment time, and after backing up to the dock door 30 minutes later load is done.
Also you can park on the street by the DC.

Got kind of mixed messages here. They said they'd take me exactly at a certain time. When I called to confirm my appointment, I was told to arrive early, and they could get me in early. Great!
Unfortunately, when I got here early, the guard informed me that wouldn't be happening for various reasons. This mix-up blew my clock, but I managed.
They make you park on the street before your appointment time. The downside is that the street is always jammed with construction vehicles from a different company on the block. Once I was docked, they unloaded me super fast, so that was nice.

Parking on the street, they receive you at your delivery time, unloading takes 1 to 3 hours. When they open the door you have to unhook the trailer, you fall asleep and when you're empty, the donkey fucks you so you can get up to get the papers.
Optional: in particular, I enter on W Madison St, to face the entrance, although we are parked in the opposite direction, but there is no problem, there are always cars like that. When you turn you will come out onto w washington st. And zaz.

The truth is that if it is a critical place, I have been here since 7 in the morning to deliver, it is going to be 12 noon, they don't even give me the door yet... this place is terrible.

They do not honor appointment time here. Don’t bother coming here to deliver if you value your time. After i get dock they takes 2hr empty my trailer i have only 5k weight more then half of my trailer is empty and they take 2hr for empty my trailer
