I waited to write this review to make sure it was operating properly. Well, guess what. The old, used replacement they sent me is just as bad as the one I sent them. The only difference now is I have to hit the igniter 20 times instead of one. It's the hottest on the low setting. The picture on the left is set on high, the one on the right set on low. I'll just have to take a loss on this one. I won't be paying shipping to return this one.

I had a excellent experience getting my 10 year patio heater serviced at the company's HQ. Danny Price (VP of Operations) spent an hour working on the patio heater to get it up and running again. I was impressed with his willingness to take the time and effort to clean and service the heater. Very good experience and making me a customer forever!

Service after the sale is exceptional!! I bought one of their patio heaters about five years ago. Started having trouble with igniting it. Turns out it was my fault for how I was storing it, but that didn’t prevent AZ Patio Heaters from providing me the information I needed to properly clean and service my heater. Working great within 30 minutes of their help. That’s the type of service that will make me a lifetime customer. My outdoor event next week and I both thank you AZ Patio Heaters!!!

A new tabletop patio heater Christmas gift had a faulty internal regulator. I called customer service and they invited me to bring the unit in for an inspection. They discovered the problem and reinstalled the necessary parts at no charge to me. Special thanks to JC for his 1st class customer service. Highly recommend this company!

My heater wouldn't stay lit so I took it in hoping to get a new thermocouple installed. I described the problem and the Salesman explained it was just the anti-tip switch, showed me how to replace it and then gave me one so I could do it myself. Saved me $30 in labor! I had another one with different problems and he told me how to take care of that too. Saved another $30! They have a selection of high-quality heaters and fire pits at home store prices and they even service what they sell (something the big box retailers don't do.)

Wow this company is amazing. Ordered a part for my patio heater from another company who ordered the wrong thing from them and sent it to me. Az patio heaters made everything OKAmazing service. Only company I will deal with from now on

I miss placed a small hinge for my patio heater and reached out to AZ Patio heaters for assistance in replacing it and they immediately responded and sent me replacement parts! Their heaters are also great quality and I will definitely purchase another one from them once I have the space in my backyard!

I needed a patio heater burner replacement and reflector. I called and got some very useful information before buying. The unit works great and they even threw in some parts I didn't know I was going to need for the assembly. Great delivery and customer service. I highly recommend AZ Patio Heaters

I received a patio heater as a gift that was missing a part and I contacted the 800 number in the manual that came with the product. Net Net Pottery Barn would not assist me since I did not have an order number showing the heater was purchased thru them and they advised I just go to a local hardware store to see if they could provide me with the missing Bronze tube that connects the the heater element of this 40000 BTU patio heater. :-) That was obviously not going to happen.I used Google to search for replacement parts which led me to AZ Patio Heaters in Arizona. I called their # and spoke to Danny P. who unbeknownst to me was their VP of operations who had answered my call. After a quick conversation he said he would have a look at the returns they had on hand and he would see if they could help me out. A few hours later I had an email indicating he found the part I needed and would send it to me asap. Now that's customer service at the highest level. I was not their customer, I was not local to their area and I just called out of the blue because they were highly rated at the top of my google search. The part is now on its way and for a modest charge to cover their time, the part and shipping I will now be able to finish assembling this heater! Great experience and a shout out to a business doing things the right way. To Williams and Sonoma/Pottery Barn customer support - - Maybe you should remove your 800 number from your documentation since you won't go outside your process to help a potential customer, who by the way will not look at your offerings in the future!

This place is awesome- most if not all items they sell are setup in showroom area so you can see the quality items they sell. Highly recommend them for patio heaters as well as umbrellas

I could not get my pyramid patio heater to lignite. I called AZ Patio for some assistance and Danny was very helpful. Upon taking my control panel to AZ Patio, Danny troubleshoot and repair the unit. We have one of your glass tube heaters. We don’t use it very often, and this spring I could not get it to light. I called your phone number, and to my great surprise, a human being answered on the first ring. Even more exciting, Robert knew exactly what he was doing, sent me a very helpful document, and 15 minutes later, my heater was working again! Five stars, well done!
