I’m writing this review to show my gratitude and appreciation to Joe and his crew , very pleased with the work and amazing costumer service they all have went above and beyond with their work and also sending me pictures and videos of the process to make sure I was happy with I had picked out for my truck , I would definitely recommend B&M Muffler to my friends and family and anyone that’s looking to get their car fixed or make it better , this is my second time going back to Joe and as the first time was very happy with his costumer service and work !

Came in to do a muffler delete and left with a delete as well as a new tip for a great price. Car looks great with new tip and sounds a lot cleaner than I expected. Great service through and through and would highly recommend coming here to get your car sounding right.

I found the shop doing a Google search for places that replace Catalytic Converters. I went in earlier today and was given a very reasonable quote of less than $800 , which was cheaper than the two other places I went to get quotes. One place wanted over $4000 and another for $2800. I was able to get it back the same day. They lifted a whole ton of stress off my shoulders as I didn't know if I would be able to afford the repair.

This is a small shop in Tolleson that handles absolutely everything automotive. The owner Joe is a nice person to deal with and from what I know, he’s a stand-up guy. I’ve been taking my vehicles to him for a couple years now and they always get down to the bottom of every problem. The cashier girl with glasses is very pleasant to deal with as well she will keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. If you ever need any work done on an old classic or new car or truck, they’ll get it done in a timely manner for a fair price. I wouldn’t go anywhere else In the west valley B&M is by far the best! Thanks B&M!

Brought in my 2017 corvette Z06 for some exhaust work and Joe was super accommodating and the front desk lady was very nice and pleasant as well. Things are looking great for this shop. I will definitely be coming back. They've worked on my previous cars as well, BMW 435I 2015 and Scion FRS 2013. Great prices matching the great work. 10/10. Thanks again Joe and your team for great customer service.

Good, fast, and reasonably priced. I bought an exhaust kit online and couldn't install myself as the previous owner had welded the full mid pipe together. The team was able to custom install a new flange AND install the exhaust kit in about an hour. Anju (sorry if spelled wrong) had to cut the old pipe and test fit a few times to get the right position but welded a new flange point right where it needed to be. Highly recommend for exhaust / muffler work.
There is a small, air conditioned waiting room for a quick visit like mine - but seemed like most folks just dropped off the vehicle to pick up later. Whole staff very friendly and Joe was upfront about costs, but made the whole visit quick and painless. Your system will vary, but they put an aftermarket exhaust kit on my car with custom weld and fitment for $200 which feels like a bargain now that I have the system installed and can drive around with the upgrade :).

B&Muffler is great‼️ Have taken my Classic Vehicle to Joe for years. He has it running like new. As a woman client he has always treated me with nothing but respect. I now can enjoy my Classic car in my retirement !!!!

Went to B & M today to get my performance exhaust installed. The main man, Joe & his crew was able to get my car on the lift right away and knock out the install in under an hour. Fair service charge and a pleasant group of staff that I got to meet. Service with a smile. I'll be visiting them again in the near future.
