So interesting this bank can't help with anything but opening an account and getting money out or depositing money in with a face to face person. I went to the ATM tried to deposit money the machine started glitching and spits out a receipt saying to make sure my deposit was made to call the number on the receipt. I come to the bank thinking that would be easier right .. face to face with someone; wrong. They tell me they can't help and to call the number. The number keeps disconnecting and my account is still showing after an hour no deposit.

Terrible! On the way to interview and was super early so I stopped by here to deposit cash. Forgot my Arizona ID at home so I gave them my expired Texas ID with my previous married name. Ok I understand they need a different form so I gave them my Chase credit card that is active and my chase account number. Still giving me a hard time just to deposit $300 cash! Well now they took 10 minutes of my time so I had to ask in a frustrated way ask for my ID back so I make it to my interview early. Something that could take literally less than 5 mins. Going back and forth asking for a different information just so they can tell me they can't take anything. If you had common sense you should've just said right up front no. Or if you really had common sense you would take everything into consideration and let me deposit cash in my own account. Worst service ever three stars because I'm sure not everyone there has no common sense.

This is the worst chase I've ever been to. Nobody acknowledged us when we walked in and I made eye contact with two people. Went to ask for help at the tellers and they didn't help but said my issue was with a banker. Definitely don't recommend coming here.

I came in to open up a business account. I was told there was only one banker available and she wouldn't be able to get to me today. I'm looking for a bank that will serve my business needs well, and this was not a good start. Unfortunately I will have to look elsewhere.

Was trying to be a new customer: Tried to walk in to start 3 accounts on a Saturday. One teller, one "service rep"- just several people waiting, ATM in front lobby bleeping because something is wrong with it, and they were "booked solid to start new accounts today". Really? Is it that difficult to get the ball rolling? No, I'm not going to schedule a damn appointment due to lack of staffing or lack of drive to meet demand. I've never had to do that before setting up any accounts with any banks simply because they were properly staffed by people who actually TRY to get things done. I am not going to sit here and wait due to Chase's insistence of supplying the bare minimum staffing to save costs. I've bought new cars in less time than it takes to get this done. Going here is like going to the DMV- if you like to wait in queue, bank here. There are many better choices. Oh well, the promo would've been nice but not if that means going into a branch is going to be an exercise in patience.

Went in yesterday for an appointment with Tony G. We opened an account for my son. The young man who greeted us was very welcoming and kind. Tony was also very kind and was helpful the whole appointment. Normally not very impressed with this location but yesterday they definitely changed my opinion about this location!

I have been with Chase bank since 2007 and received good service until they got rid of most of the people, closed the teller window and replaced them with a machine. The removed all the regular people down sized and replaced them with younger people who don't know the first think about Customer service. I arrived at the 99th ave branch around 5:30 p.m to close my account only to be told by the young teller in these exact words" unfortunately I have bad news we are not going to be able to help you because it is to close to closing time. Huh, funny thing is my friend received the same treatment I am starting to believe this location is a bit Racist and I am not one to use this, but as they say if the shoe fits, wear it. I left this location and went to the Chase on 75th ave at 5:45 p.m. and was helped my a teller named Antonio who was very polite and pleasant and closed my account in about 5 minutes. I would bypass the 99th ave and Lower Buckeye location they are rude!

Went in this afternoon to get a letter notarized. We were the first ones in the waiting area and were told we'd be seen within half an hour. Ten minutes later a guy walks in needing the same thing. The greeter tells him it will be 45 minutes. The notary Carlos is walking around talking to people that had been walking in way after us. 45 minutes later he calls in the guy who had come in after us because they hadn't taken our name down. So we continue to wait. When it's our turn we let Carlos know we need a letter notarized and he tells us it needs to be typed and he's sorry the post office didn't tell us that. He was a total prick. Said we couldn't write anything there or type it up there. We left annoyed, having wasted over an hour. Went to a notary at a shipping place down the street that let us use our letter and was so pleasant.

Everytime I come to deposit checks I have to wait at least 15 minutes. Don't go on saturday mornings. They have one teller working. As I write this there are 7 people in line and one teller who is chatting everyone up and taking his time. He even has other employees helping him. I am not sure he knows what he is doing. They need to have more people working here that actually know what they are doing.

Great customer service! Except the many many fees for this and that.
