Horrible customer service knowledge. I waited on the phone for an hour, then thinking if I went into a store I’d get better help, jokes on me ; I left disappointed and with no help. I called once again to customer service number and finally spoke to someone who was able to inform me of the errors with my “seasonal hold “.
COX need to do an all around retraining with their products and services. I spoke to three different people this past month and none were as knowledgeable nor informative of my options until this morning when I needed service to be restored. SMDH.

Had a late payment, made an agreement to pay a certain amount to get my internet bsck on and pay the remainder at a future date, made the payment only for them to not turn my internet back on. Now when I call back, someone else told me it's not possible, so they lied to me and took hundreds of dollars from me for nothing in return.

Excellent customer service! This team gets it! Thank you very much to Brian and his manager! Brian is knowledgeable, caring, and patient with us. He followed up with us. Helped us step by step for Internet and wireless cell phones. Our Internet fiber Tech was at our home today and he was excellent too!!! Sat. 08/06/2025. Thank you again!

Worst provider! Cox WiFi comes with my apartment, WiFi wasnt working worker came. Told me he just dusted off my wires and left started working but got a bill about one or two months later charging me $100 for his service. Had I known it was just cause of the dust I would’ve dusted it off myself. It’s bullshit
