Came on Sunday 6/1/25 to this store to transfer eSIM to an iPhone. Tony the manager the guy with curly hair was “suppose to help” he said it’s hard to transfer from Motorola to iPhone. He said he will “try to transfer the eSIM” not sure what he did was not working. He suggested SIM card is better and easy. I said okay I’ll buy SIM card. I tried to pay with Apple Pay $10.87 didn’t go through. I had $10 and $20 dollar cash. he said he can’t take $10 cash as he will be short .87. So he said “you do have .87 in your card? “ I said yes. We tried the apple tap and didn’t work. I told him to take the $20 and give me the $9 I don’t want the change back. He put the SIM and was not able to make it work. By now it’s 6pm and he said “well, I don’t know. I gotta go” he left the store and told his employee take care of them and left.

I had a lots of problems with the customer service including 2 managers over the phone who couldn't figure anything out i spent hours on multiple phone calls, finally I just went into this location and Isaac figured it all out in less them three minutes literally! if your looking to buy a phone from cricket come into this location and speek with Issac i wish i would have just done that weeks ago.

Bonnie was very helpful and answered questions I had about finding a new plan and phone all the while keeping the conversation going and making me feel extremely welcomed into the store. She is an amazing employee and deserves a raise!!!!
