Talk about awesome customer service! Their competitor was my previous pharmacy. They failed so many ways. I walked in to this location not feeling well and very impatient. They were so kind, explained the process and took my info separately to keep an eye out for my prescription. They had it filled in no time flat! I couldn't be happier with my switch!

While I'm writing this I'm realizing that I am defiantly going to use my invisibility for good not evil This evening I visited the local CVS inside my local Frys to see if they had a med I wanted. I'd like to preface this by saying I prefer any other local pharmacy to this particular one. They are understaffed & have a horrible case of grumps. Dominica however didn't acknowledge me whine she finished helping the one customer they had. Instead walked past me & went to the computer to work on something (clearly I'm invisible). Ok she's busy. I get that. However before I could be helped she watched the pharmacist help another customer at pick up. Legit stopped staring at computer to watch the pick up. Another 8 minutes pass before they come back to help the now 3 customer in line. Not an acknowledgment of wait. Just a grump exterior. NOT A FAN

Worst experience at a pharmacy! Made me stand in line 3 times for the same prescription. Not even an apology for not using the insurance in the first place or a thank you for being patient. There are 4 pharmacies within 5 miles of our home. You can be sure I'll give my business elsewhere. We are customers!!! Treat us as if you are happy we do business with you! I honestly felt like they could care less.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for the past year and recently within the past 3 months the employees seem like they're on edge. When you walk up to the counter they don't even greet you, they just proceed to say, "Last name!". Before I can even say hi. I've had this interaction on multiple occassions. If you don't like your job then don't work there.

Worst CVS pharmacy I've had to deal with. Even though other stores are several miles away I'll be going to them instead. Nobody is on the same page, get told something different from every employee... Several months and couldn't get 3 of my prescriptions right. Forget calling them either, almost an hour on hold without someone even picking up the phone...1 star reviews from me are extremely rare but are normally well deserved.

This CVS seems much more personable than Avondale and Van Buren with no spin or run around. No wait and no one ahead of me in line on a Sunday. That's almost unheard of at any free standing CVS Pharmacy. Nice and knowledgeable staff.

This pharmacy is very inconsistent. I have wasted many trips on this pharmacy and In A time where gas prices are astronomically high I don't have the patience nor the tome to waste on coming back n forth to get my prescriptions . I suggest calling more than one to get confirmation everything is filled and ready for pickup even after they say "it will be ready in an hour" . Time and gas is too precious right now to waste.
