It’s fine, it’s a discount store. Don’t trust the electronics, multiple items have died on me, but it’s great for fun gifts and supplies. I popped in to grab some Halloween items. They were placed in the wrong spots, and despite being under big signs says 1$ and 5$, the items were actually 2$ and 18$. The manager offered to honor a few of the 2$ items, but nothing else and threw her freight crew under the bus - said they don’t know what the price things mean. Lady, YOU messed up - you or your planogram is insufficient and you should honor the prices (PS, its the next day and the 2$ items have still not been moved) , not blame your unboxing team. Bad manager or deceptive pricing practices? Check your receipts.

Unacceptable!! I understand scanning items for customers but they have NO right to touch card payment methods!! They should not have control of swiping or pressing buttons upon payment!!

Used to love coming here until they want to charge you FIVE cents for plastic bags... like you charge us insane tax and you want more for the plastic bags? Count your days 5 below.

Took my four grandson's ages 4 to 10 years old. I gave them $5.00 each, and I enjoyed seeing them having a blast pulling their wheeled baskets around the store and looking for toys, candy, and other small priced items to get a variety of items for their $5.00. I paid the tax on their purchases. That same hour would have cost me a lot more than going to an arcade, plus they all went home with prizes.
The store is clean and not cluttered like other discount stores.

Every time my son and I go, there are boxes and stuff everywhere in the aisles, making an impossible to push my son stroller so we basically can’t shop there. I imagine that it’s very inaccessible for people with disabilities as well

So the lady had 1 register opened with a line long as ever….. She was literally ringing everyone stuff up one by one….. And forcing us to rate the store a 9… standing over me and told me to press 9…. When in reality I wouldn’t of pressed 9 I would of pressed 0

Sales associate was super rude. Didn't explain that they need to check you out when I asked why she had an attitude and just pointed to the sign, at the end when it ask how your transaction store visit was and they don't even let you fill that out. they fill it out.

The store website and store window say open at 9:30 am. A woman opened the door and said it would be a few. It was almost 10 am when she opened the door. If you know you are supposed to open the store at 9:30 am get there earlier to do whatever you need to. People kept coming to the door and we all had to wait.

My daughter and I were in Laveen looking for a five below to pick up a volleyball from because they were out at our Ahwatukee location, we drove through ranches and highways all the way to Tolleson I believe? To Lower Buckeye Road and I think 91st avenue? To find this Five Below and we were pleasantly surprised it's an excellent neighborhood Shopping Plaza that also included Wingstop we had to stop at! This Five Below has an amazing selection see the pictures below!

If I could give no stars I would. The 1 star is because it's a really nice store but the 2 employees Ashley and the other cashier working today at 330 8/26 disrespected me on a level that I have never experienced before. There are some people that just should not be allowed to work customer service. Don't get me wrong I loved this store but after today's experience I will be looking for other stores to go to.
