Absolute Hot Garbage! Their online posted hours aren’t when they actually close. The parts Department must be on Eastern Time. 😡
40miles out of my way to pick up a will-call order because they SAID they were open.

I’ve used this location a few times as well as other Velocity centers in CA. This one is by far the most clean and organized. I have a diesel pusher rv bus and have found Velocity to be a little more expensive than some but I’ve always had excellent service esp. relative to the rv dealership that is close by the Tolleson location. This is a busy location that’s typically scheduling a couple weeks. That being said the rv service coordinator, Pete, is very nice and professional. A special thanks to him for today’s help where we were heading out of town and the rig threw a fault code. Instead of stonewalling me, he gave me a little of a tech’s time and within 10 minutes issue was diagnosed and resolved. Sorry that others have had issues but at least for me they get two thumbs up!

Kenny. You lied to me. You told me the 2 hr diag was mandatory when we told you what we wanted fixed. You told me I wouldn't be charged for it, and the next thing I know, my bill is 500 plus. Absolutely predatory. I will be reaching out to the State Attorney General Kris Mayes. And your local AG. Also, I will be reaching out to the State Senator, Mark Kelly, and State representative and district rep Junelle Cavero. This was predatory and unacceptable. We are supposed to work together, and you are not here to help but hinder.

I would like to give five stars, though realistically nobody gonna believe that fact;I had serious issue and Mr.Austin came through for me;by programming the module sooner than later it was very appreciated.
The Texh and Service writer were on point too.
They’re getting better and I am a long time customer with various experiences.
Thank you guys I’m thankful and feel more comfortable dropping Truck.

Good store. But don't try to for call parts on Sunday. They will NOT answer the phone. Have tried many Sundays. Sit on hold for over a hour. No one ever answers. If you go into the store the service person is sitting and playing on there phone doing nothing. Parts has a line. Maybe service could help parts out?!?! Wish management would have another person working on Sundays if there going to be open.
Frustrating as I live a hour away and I would like to know if they have the part before I drive to them.

STAY AWAY- I Brought my 2019 Rv in due to a check engine light for DEF. Freightliner has had issues with their DEF heads. After 3 hours of alleged diagnosing, still told they need more time. After several days, I was told they think it's the DEF pump. They replaced $4400 later.
I drove 25 miles, no issues. I go to leave on a trip at a later date and as it's warming up, the low DEF light comes on. I called Advisor Rodriguez and he says it's the DEF head. He said I should not go on trip. He said it was a new issue and would need looked at. He said he would send quote for DEF head. Never heard from them. As I read these reviews I keep seeing a common denominator, they just replace parts and can't diagnose. STAY AWAY AS NOT TO BE A VICTIM. Small claims court here I come.

Came in with a fuel issue my tanks wouldn’t level. Wanted to charge me $4,000.00. Had me pay for diagnostics to tell me this is a possibility not the actual problem. What is a diagnosis for then? Not helpful at all. Called another mechanic off the internet and found the problem in less then 30 seconds when the dealer wanted to charge me 9 hours in labor. Then they charged me 1200 for a filter change. Big companies just don’t care and only about the dollar and not the customer!

No real updates, and their hands were slowed, even tied, by the corporate associated with the truck

They tried to steal my personal vehicle. Wouldn't even let me onto the property to get it. Took two days and a police visit to get my Chevy off the property. Don't trust these people.

One of our trucks had check engine light on, took truck to this freightliner for a check and advise and or possible regen. After several hours they came back with an estimate for repairs they said needed and also they said during assesment they had to remove DEF doser and snapped a bolt which went into one box. We declined the repairs and said we would take it to our freightliner so driver would be at home during repair, the were changing shifts and the mechanic on our truck left and they left our driver waiting for 3 more hours stating that they had no mechanic available to "put the truck back together" and THEN had the nerve to charge us for the bolt THEY snapped AND an additional hour to retrieve the broken bolt from the one box. Our invoice was 767.72 JUST for a check and advise, they did no repairs! And since it was "night" shift saying any disputes would have to wait until morning. I am going to call main headquarters of freightliner and let them know about this freightliners service.

Very uncoordinated facility. Words not connect to the results. Eta time for service is wrong. Put on clean idle sticker took me 2.5 hours with slow flow. Same experience was with Velocity in Los Angeles. They earned low rating. If you need a better service go norther.
