This place is a rip off. They will try to get you. Quote you, then revise constantly. They will lie to you also about needed repairs to upcharge you further.

Before u read the rest i would like to say that i spoke with austin and ryan in shop helped me out tremendously by showing me what was really going on and made everything make sense and reason for charges. I am now a happy coustmer and will def be returning after the service i have received from these 2 gentlemen.Brought truck in for a check-up. Denied the work they wanted to do but still charged 1426. One charge for over 400 all he did was check codes and shift lever. But did all kinds of stuff on coolant system and only charged me 234. Something seems fishy. And truck is under 500k so warranty still in effect. And not to mention been here over 2 hrs just for paperwork guy behind counter was nice sad he is only one here on a Sat and has to deal with this. But Ryan shop foreman came and explained everything to me great person and helped out ALOT he gets 5 stars for sure sounded like he knew his stuff very knowledgeable

The coach wouldn’t air up so we drove very slowly about 8 miles to the Freightliner Sterling Western in Tolleson AZ. Pete, the RV Manager had to tell us they had no openings for 3-4 days. He did have a tech take a quick look and discovered a hole in one airbag and severe cracks in the other. He checked and found they had the 2 airbags in stock and also found us a spot for the night as we couldn’t drive any farther. We got squeezed in the next day and got the job completed. We can’t speak highly enough about the emergency service we received and the care and effort provided by Pete Rodriguez. 5 STARS TOLLESON FREIGHTLINER! We highly recommend them.!!!

I went my 1st time to velocity back in june 2023 and my service advisor was Taylor Reggie reviewer Randy pryer and at the time i had just bought my truck and i was reviewing the maintenance and repair log and i noticed my truck never had a overhead valve adjustment which freightliner recommended at every 500k miles so i got the service done at 638060 miles and i did not operate the truck until end of 10th month. When i picked the truck up i got a no proof or paperwork of where the truck might have been at with compression on any of the cylinders before or after just a sorry correction story. Which had me feeling shaded like something was not right, but i trusted the dealership. Fast forward feb 29th roughly about 30k miles later i get a check engine like for cylinder 6 miss fire took to to another shop to get diagnosed to find out cylinder 4 had 17% compression and cylinder 6% had 0% compress and needed a overhead adjustment. I am very disappointed with the treatment from the freightliner dealership because i trusted that is where i would get the best work for my freightliner truck and did get the service i paid for i will spread the word and will never return to Velocity service department ever again being that i can not trust that i will get what i am paying for!!!! I deserve a refund

Pete met us at our motorhome while we were parked in the service line at 6:30am. We reviewed my service request for diesel engine and diesel generator oil and filter service. Flushed coolant and refilled with coolant and replaced the radiator cap. Replaced a customer provided air filter. Reviewed service provided and service required. We have a misfire occurring that we have made an appointment for next week to have it looked at and resolved. Hopefully, it is only an injector! All the front office customer service representatives are so very friendly and they all seek to provide any assistance. If you are there at 9am, a food truck arrives and provides a wide variety of premade menu items or custom orders. You won't be disappointed!A great, professional Freightliner service provider.

I have been a customer for a few years now and I think they could improve in many things but they also have a dispatcher who helps us Spanish speakers a lot with his professionalism and his affable and friendly character. Thank you Omar Chavez for your help which at the same time helps us to have a best opinion…

The two stars is for having the parts in stock. Other than that it always takes forever to order and pick up parts.
