My appointment 8 pm I check in 6 pm but that told me come 9 pm again I come 8:45 pm that told me your appointment miss after I wait 24 hours after my trailer unloading so they shipper very bad behaviour I don’t come aging this shipper

The Store at Tangerine and Thornydale in Marana accused me of stealing when I went to clear the belt In a self checkout and grabbed my items and wouldn’t let me scan it. The machine malfunctioned not me. And then the employee after the situation followed me towards the door shouting at me. The Store Director needs to be fired for hiring insolent employees.

I am writing this review after over a month of frustrating, unresolved communication with Kroger Customer Service regarding case #86090198.
Despite receiving multiple email confirmations from Kroger representatives on November 10th and November 13th, three separate credits/refunds have not been processed:
A $29.05 refund to my original payment method (confirmed November 13th).
A $30 store credit to my VIP Shoppers Card (confirmed November 10th).
A $10 service credit to my VIP Shoppers Card for the initial delivery failure.
Not only have none of the $70 in promised funds been received, but I also sent a final, formal email on December 11th demanding action within 24 hours (with proof of non-refund and my Shoppers ID). That deadline was ignored, and I have received no response.
This is a complete failure of follow-through and a waste of customer time. If Kroger cannot process simple, confirmed credits within a reasonable time frame, their customer service and fulfillment systems are fundamentally broken.
I strongly advise others to be cautious. I am now escalating this complaint to corporate channels!

Appt time was 1000 checked in at 0901. We are still setting here not in door almost 8 hours later. This place is a joke.

I thought drivers were lying yet 8 hours later i am still here waiting. These people need to be investigated . They are just bandits they even charge me further wrong wood on my pallets. Lord lord lord . This place sucks!!

They take hours to unload you and after you are unloaded they take forever to give you your paperwork to leave it’s ridiculous!! I would give 0 stars of it was possible!! And they lost my paperwork for over 2 hours.!!

I just left the fries off of 2700 West Baseline Rd. in Phoenix, Arizona and my cashier Assistant his name was Richard. He accuse me of stealing four cases of sodas that was buy two get two free. As a black man living in America at this time I do feel like that was discrimination when there was obviously no one else in line but When you have security guard standing right next to him as well as another Assistant not doing anything but standing there looking as I asked for his name, he said I have two name tags here choose which one you want and his name was Richard. I shop here almost every single day. I’ve been living in this area for almost 5 years and never experienced a white man and fry’s and employee of accuse me of stealing.

Frys at 850 E Hatcher does not care about their customers. I fell in the store, over a week ago, due to no signage being up, on a wet area and hurt my knee, butt and back. The manager on duty and store associates had no concern about filing an incident report. I myself had to ask for the manager and get them to fill out a report while they went about cleaning it up. I was then told someone would be in contact with me to finish the report and give me an incident number and take the case from there. No on has reached out, no one has given me a claim number. Very unsatisfactory and rediculous that this is not a concern and lazy with no contact.

The guard check lady, took my BOL and gave me a confirmation appointment paperwork..and told me to come back tomorrow at 6:30am..when I asked my BOL..she told me all I need is the confirmation paper to re checkin..when I am back to recheck in..they lost the BOL and that I have to go and situated the BOL..so I did..came back again..they told me they will not accept the load because it’s late..How is that possible when they lost my BOL and asking me to reschedule the appointment..😡..Worst place to deliver.. unprofessional staff
