“Let me start with I was with State Farm insurance for over 33 years and never in an accident. They covered my cars, motorcycle and homeowners insurance.
After moving to Arizona from California my wife’s vehicles windshield had to be replaced twice and my truck as well. I had never replaced a windshield in 33 years. I was informed they were not going to renew my automobile policies.
I was informed the reason was because the use of my windshield replacements. I was in shock to say the least. I cancelled all policies that day.
I walked into Jacqueline Preciado’s Allstate office located in Goodyear Az. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and Miles an agent. Not only did Myles save me money but I received better coverage on my automobiles, motorcycle and Homeowners. I had an opportunity to also speak with Jacqueline in great length about my experience with State Farm.
I give Allstate 5 stars in ratings,professionalism and interactions with staff. I highly recommend Jacqueline’s office. I wish I would have given Allstate my business 33 years ago.”
