Mesa Cold Storage employees are helpful, respectful and nice. They make appts., so do not be late. Will take early, if they're not busy. I checked in at 2000, docked at 2015, left at 2045. My trlr was sealed by shipper, so I wasn't allowed to inspect load. When I opened doors to unload here, I could see at least two broken pallets. Mesa didn't leave more than a handful of pallet scrap in the trlr. They have a drivers lounge on site with vending and facilities. Didn't have any trouble parking on street for (I was really early) six hrs, even though there are signs stating no parking.

I like coming here nice facility room to move mostly drop n hook some live loads friendly staff restrooms and vending machines in and out quickly.

So I was working with this company and at first it seemed cool until I realized that all the bosses got ego problems. They get mad when you ask if any work available n after standing for hours soon as you go use the restroom they act like they been looking for you for hours. Johnny and Edgar the night managers all they do is stand outside and smoke all day. On top of that you can’t ask them questions even if you new smh. They all been there 10 years so they feel like they perfect and don’t make mistakes and when they do they won’t admit it’s ok get back to work. 1 day I called Johnny out n he was wrong he called me a dumbass. I told him don’t disrespect me n he said I could go home, but if I would’ve shut up like other employees I could’ve stayed. Then after I left to wait for my Lyft he followed me n sat by me staring. If you work for them be prepared to be disrespected. They just a petty company all the way around. And Martin the night supervisor is a fake person. While he was training me he would give me permission to do stuff and other bosses would say something and he would act like he didn’t know anything. He would talk in Spanish so I couldn’t understand him.

I parked in the street, no problems by any popo! Lol... appointment at 4pm got a door right away plenty of room to maneuver and back into dock.

It's not a bad location. The employees aren't rude. Sometimes you have to wait for a door. Sometimes, you don't definitely seem like they try and get you asap.

Czar of appointment times lol don’t show up until 2 hours before your appointment time. Called me to a door 40 minutes after my appointment time. Parking is on the street, they won’t give you your paperwork until your Refer reaches is at +5. Weigh your load at the Pilot near by or the Loves they are horrible when it comes to loading.

Fast loading check in 5:30 pm and check out 9:00 pm not bad my appointment was 8:00 pm good job

They loaded very quickly, in general, the entire download together with the documents took 1.5 hours.
