My family members were given not just not good service you would expect, the were discriminated against. Jessica told my family member because if his ID, “he wasn’t able to get a certain price because if his ID” very discriminatory. I called to complain and the district manager who works there “Biana” gave me the run around, wouldn’t let me talk, face excuses about her employee. That she just started working, her head wasn’t were it needed to be and that all because she was pregnant. Giving excuse after excuse if why her employee was not just giving bad service but discriminatory against customers. She seriously told my mom “my mom is also Mexican”

I went in this store today to upgrade my phone from a Samsung A20 32GB phone and they gave me 2 options and one of them was a Samsung A13 64GB. I get home to set my phone up and the storage said 32GB! I went back and they say " no refunds" they pretended like they didn't remember what they said. I got upset and they didn't care and ask me to leave store. FRAUD

Bought a revvl phone for emergency purpose. Did not like it phone doesn't take pictures good, phone apps for pics are not. Went in take maybe pay more for another phone they said no return service I only had the phone for less 36 it sucks. They couldn't get me to upgrade or help with a return service. They wanted me to use the insurance and wait a few days my job consist on using my phone.

Very unsatisfied paid $80 for phone action an sims card .Phone didn't work returned it received 30$ an sims card .Needed a phone went to buy phone 120$ an thought I was getting a deal bought more data an phone was a lemon no box Metro PCs company couldnt even get it to work took it back an sales guy made me wait 30 mins to tell me phone not working he said give me another phone in a hour .When daughter went to get phone its the same phones they give u for free when u switch company's .An now my bill is do an have a d*** phone that drops calls internet sucks ;( .Metro PCs customer service was great over phone (611) but they didn't help with the fact I got screwed
