Came for $50 vacuum and exterior wash that they called a "basic detail". Their dog jumped on by car and scratched it on both sides when I pulled up. They increased the price of my vacuum and wash to $80 after this because there was some dog hair inside. Scratches were still there and the car wasn't very clean at all. I could have done better at a free car vacuum place. They also threw out everything in the car without asking what should be thrown out or kept.I came back and they nicely offered to buff them out for free. They did a great job buffing them out, but also completely buffed off my door handle paint, and now my rear door handles are partially white on a dark blue car. A complete waste of time, money, and the value of my car decreased substantially. They are decently nice people, but I heavily regret choosing this business.

I just had my truck repainted by maaco and my truck wash severely filthy. I had overspray all over my truck and compound dust all inside and in every single crevice on the outside. Patricia made the experience 1 million times percent better than I ever thought it would be. I work hard for my vehicle and to have gotten it back the way it was from the paint shop made me severely depressed. She assured me that it would be coming back looking like a new truck. It came back looking like a brand spanking new truck off of the showroom floor. I cannot express how happy I am, she literally brought me to tears bringing my truck back to me looking a million times better than it was. I highly recommend their service they go over and beyond. They had to clay bar my truck taking all the overspray off as well as wax it detail it underneath the engine inside the vacuumed shampooed disinfected, my air vents took a stain out of my seat that was caused during the paint process. I could never bring my truck anywhere else to get detailed. Only people that are touching my vehicle is Nicely Clean Auto. Thank you Patricia and everybody over there. You guys did an amazing job. Will be bringing my vehicle there all the time for detail work!!!!Services: Clay bar treatment

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! They do an awesome job, very friendly and helpful. They did ceramic tint on my Mini-Cooper last minute; had me in and out in an hour and it looks AMAZING! You will save money but get the same or better quality materials over the big guys!

I called to get information and the lady was a complete B**** and rude, I just said ok thank you and hung up. I look at the ratings and they have good rating. I dont understand the lady being completely rude. I was asking about their films and she answered and said lady I already gave you the pricing. That was a done deal for me. I dont want to do business with rude people. It makes me not want to go to you cause now I dont know how you run your business.
