Great service from PODS with our move from Nebraska to Arizona. Delivery and Pick Up ran perfectly and recommended helpers to load and unload made the whole experience stress free> If I ever move again they will be my first call!

Terrible company and worse customer service. They charged my credit card for more than the contracted order amount. Called and you end up with a third party foreign country representative. After an hour and half on the phone still no resolution despite having proof or order amount vs actual
Amount charged. Will dispute the charge with my credit card company and file formal complaint with Attorney General. Be very careful with this organization. They are scammers.

We moved cross country from Indiana to Arizona we had the pod a total of a week and a half. That includes the week they took to get it here. The pricing transparency is horrible just know that when your quoted your price that isn’t the real price. They will charge extra fees like picking up and dropping off $125 each time also a month long storage fee $250 even if you don’t have it for a month. My account just kept getting hit with these extra “fees” that weren’t mentioned in our quote, will never use them again.

I used a pod for my move, about 8 miles away. The customer service was exceptional all the way through; scheduling, the pick up and delivery, and the final pick up. Every staff that I interacted with throughout the process was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The value for my move was wonderful; all of the large items from a three bedroom, 1600 square-foot home fit in their largest container and the rental allowed time for me to slowly unpack which made my move feel a lot more comfortable. All of this was achieved for under $400 total! I have moved several times and will absolutely use PODS again in the future, and I highly recommend you do as well!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL HARASS YOU WITH CALLS AND EMAILS DEMANDING MONEY. THEY WILL ALSO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FOR EXTRA CHARGES THAT WERE NOT EXPLAINED IN THE BEGINNING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AND WILL NOT ACCEPT FAULT ON THEIR PART. NUMEROUS PEOPLE TOLD ME THE SAME ISSUE HAPPENED TO THEM. THEY WERE CHARGED FEES THAT THEY NEVER AUTHORIZED. I WAS REPORTED TO A COLLECTION AGENCY FOR PAYING WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY BUT NOW THEY DEMAND MORE MONEY FOR A FALSE ACCUSATION. DISGUSTING!!!! I REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB AND CONSUMER FINANCIAL BUREAU. ZERO STARS!!!

Zero stars. Our pods container was infested with termites when it arrived at our destination. They were all over our furniture. Pods will not cover termite infestation. The termites came up through the floorboard in the pod. We had to unload our furniture in the driveway and front yard, spray killer on everything then clean before bringing it in the house. We had also hired movers to help us unload and since they couldn’t bring some of the furniture in the house we needed up doing some of it ourselves which defeats the purpose of hiring the movers. Pods never apologized and had no sympathy for our traumatic situation.

Not impressed with how our drop off experience went, especially with the second driver. Unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Wanted to charge us $50 for PODS mistake and when we told him that we would not be paying, he came up with another solution, but did not execute it. Literally drove away without saying a word and placing the pod in an inconvenient spot for the second time. Unfortunately would not recommend PODS.

Overall my stuff got to its destination, however, the timing was horrible. I was given a date it would be delivered, yet I kept receiving emails and texts with sooner dates/times. When I contacted customer service it was the run around which was very irritating. I and my daughters had to move all our stuff out of the Pods by ourselves due to not having help because the dates/times changed. Lastly, the pricing wasn’t worth it, you can find cheaper movers online.
