Horrible service! The cashier each time we come in is rushed, rude and careless. She grabbed each of the clothes we bought, rolled them up and threw them in the bag roughly and carelessly. Always bad customer service, no matter what time of the day.

Cashier and manager both liars , went to return dog harness that broke after a week. I jus wanted another harness, 1st Cashier said I needed receipt I gave it to her , I brought same kinda harness up to register due to me not having original package she called manager who alredy denied return , but took my receipt to go to back to watch video comes back tells me he can't verify sale but told me in video I paid for a Grey one .. I had to buy new one and didn't get to return week old one he told me look on back of receipt for return policy.. 2nd time I've had issue with this store .. done!!

Found exactly what I needed after not finding it at the store nextdoor. Young woman at register was a ray of sunshine at 8pm. Very friendly and proficient. Was talking to customers while checking people out, she barely had to look away from the customer.

Very unprofessional environment. Very unprofessional gossip exchange between loss prevention staff member and the cashier. They were talking about Donald Trump and Cocaine Very loud infront of my 7 year old. And the cashier told me to put my stuff down that she would be right back and the other cashier kept attending other people while we waited more than 5 minutes for the other cashier to come back and she never did until some girl behind us told us something then the other cashier called us to her SMH. Very bad customer service and Very unprofessional workers.
I will never visit this ross again. Very dissatisfied.

4/20/24 7:20PM THE TWO WOMEN WORKING THE REGISTER HAD A LONG LINE BECAUSE ONE WORKER WAS TALKING TO THE OTHER ABOUT HER BOYFRIEND PROBLEMS WAITED LIKE 25 MINS IN LINE THE STORE WASNT EVEN PACKED PLUS A OLDER WOMEN WAS WAITING TO PAY BUT THE WORKER WAS TO BUSY CHIT CHATTING LIKE CMON WE DONT HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD!!!

Always messy. Employees will let you stand in line for 30 minutes while there are 10 people in line with just 1 cashier trying to handle the chaos while everyone else stands around.
