“Very reasonable. The cashier was very nice and gave me a tire pressure gauge because I wasn't sure of the price so he threw it in with my purchase. Sometimes they have an item in abundance,i.e..flooring. other visits it might be swamp coolers.”
“Hope's Closet offers a great selection of affordable, gently used clothes and household items, but the store could definitely use better organization. Items are a bit scattered, making it harder to browse efficiently. However, if you're willing to take the time to dig through the racks and shelves, you can find some real hidden gems. The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes up for the clutter. Overall, it's a good place for budget shopping, just be prepared for a bit of a hunt!”
“Super friendly staff.. Very clean store.. Nice items to consider.. Most importantly super friendly staff.. Chris / Quinstin and Donnia are the best.. Thank you Chris for all of the help loading and unloading and just being a great guy..”
“Went there today got one pair of brand new with tags basic black pair of shorts with two zipper pockets for price $7.50¢ and they had Christian music on yes ?? plus they help out the community / the teen challenge”
“What a collection of many items for you to chose from. Not junk! They had a coffee table that I really liked but not able to use at the moment. So give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.”
“I went to stardust to get some flooring and Kim was absolutely amazing and so helpful. I was so pleased with the customer service and her knowledge. I will definitely be returning!”
“This was my first time going to this thrift shop and I had such an awesome experience. They had such a cute little shop. Everything was decorated so nice and adorable. I loved how they turned what looked like what once was a restroom into a mirror room with records in the flooring. And mirrors on every inch of the walls. Everything was at reasonable prices as well. I thought I would never leave. But I did with a cart load of items for only $40.”

“Great new manager!
It's cleaner and the employees are superb.
What a difference, I'm so glad I came back. I dislike Goodwills as they're expensive and most time smelly and nothing but junk. I leave empty handed.
I'd usually keep this place a secret but it's just too good of one and sadly I'm heading to my home state in about a week.
Thank you for the changes & the employees hardwork of labor & organizing.
Sales are everyday.
Hope to see you guys & gals soon.

“A great place to purchase new and gently used household items, clothing, and accessories. All items are organized and easy to find.
Also, a great place to donate the same items.
You never know what you will find when you walk through the doors.”
“Lots of nice stuff that was reasonably priced. Very friendly/helpful staff. My only complaint is that when loading heavy items they can be a bit rough with your new purchase. large variety of clothes, housewares, furniture and a few tools.”
“Such a wonderful store that is offering a handUP to the community in so many ways. Diane, the owner, is the sweetest, most wonderful person with a life's mission of giving. Diane so kindly took the time to give me a tour and share with me the stores background and mission. My heart found the treasure in visiting here. Thank you Diane and continued blessings!”

“I went here with a friend who has lived in the Metro Phoenix Area for over 20 years but has never been to this Goodwill location. It was fun to shop here together and share a first.
I have to say, this Goodwill was quite dark. They need some stronger lightbulbs. Especially in the book section, it was really dark. My friend said it was because they want to discourage people from standing there and reading the books. Ha!Ha!
The store was packed with merchandise. So much stuff. My friend and her son and I all purchased some great things here.”

“This store is always clean and clear of clutter. The aisles are wide enough for two shopping carts to go through. Prices are fair compare to other Goodwill Stores. There is plenty of parking. The only issue is that there is only one cashier and when the line is too long it takes awhile for another cashier to arrive. Restrooms are always clean and available. Remember to always use your 20% coupon for a better discount on your purchases.”

“I love this Goodwill location! Crew member Van is a real stand up guy, every time I come in he is there working hard! Keeping the aisle neat with the prices right! Always helpful with a great smile to boot. This store has some of the best deals in the valley. Never to busy so you have time to search and find exactly what you are looking for in this hidden gem! I will always be back to shop here. Thx yall”
“The truth is that I love coming to this place because I am always surprised by what I can find.
It is the ideal place to get household products, clothing and toys that still have a use and we can contribute to not generating more waste.
I think it's great that people can find essential items and make comfort a little easier.
Each area is completely organized and has a staff that does its best to serve us as best as possible, thank you very much.”

“Workers are very helpful and polite. M0st prices are reasonable and no problem with returns.
I have shopped in several Goodwills and some things are over priced in all of them.”
“It's been a few years since I haven't visited this Savers or any other Savers store, and have seen better improvement. The store is no longer that messy and disorganized. The aisles are more wider, so that two people can walk through with thier shopping carts at the same time. Items being sold are more complete and much cleaner. The one thing I noticed is the expensive price tags. Items should not be that pricey for being a secondhand store, but you can still pickup some nice bargains.”
“Awesome resource for anything related to teaching supplies! Found lots of useful and needed items and prices are significantly discounted.

“Love this store! Prices are much more reasonable than other GWs in town. Staff is also more pleasant to interact with than other locations. Things in this store are well organized. They may not be as large as other locations, but they make up for it in other ways!”

“I go here to find deals and items that are expensive in store but easy on wallet here. I look for children's toys for daycare. Toys get broken, and they need replacing. Thank you.”
“I found a $400 item for $15 and several $100 items for $10 or less. Meanwhile someone in line to pay for their items was "asked to leave the store" because their friend had just shoplifted something. It's always a different and entertaining experience. Whether it's a sudden crowding around the electronics testing station, everyone in line with their item in hand. The waiting, watching in as the person ahead fries a lamp or cheers and smiles when a boom box bumps bass back to life again. The anticipation, intensity you could cut with a knife. Goodwill. Dysart location..”

“Experience is overall positive, just don’t buy anything expensive without taking it with you. A item was lost by the time I got back and no one would answer question or offer a solution. Corp. was zero help, just said the store is short of a manager and doing the best they can. All talk of a refund was met with, “you will have to resolve that with the store”All I got was a lesson learned, there was no accountability. Any item over a certain amount should be secured in some way when they accept payment, and agree to hold it till you get back.”

“Not sure how you can continue to rise prices on stuff that is donated, to your business. I am aware that employees need to be taken care of. I normally walk out with several items on senior discount day, but have not bought any the last two visits.”
“If you look at everything closely, you can find really good quality shoes and clothing. I've been a returning customer for 5 years+.... Never have had any complaints.”
“My friend and I came here randomly after church and Selena was such a sweetheart! I'm a disabled veteran and worked customer service for over ten years after my enlistment. She is so personable and kind. Top tier customer service. We didn't even plan to be here and she made us glad we stopped in? not to mention the selection here is awesome!”
