I visited the Tolleson location today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to a lack of basic customer service. When I arrived, I asked an employee where the barbed wire rolls were located. Rather than providing clear guidance, I was vaguely told that barbed wire could be found “all over the store” — from the back to the middle left and even outside. Despite explaining what I was looking for, I received no real assistance, so I had to search on my own. Thankfully, I eventually found the barbed wire and loaded several heavy rolls onto a cart, along with buckets of U-shaped barbed staples.
I made my way to the cashier counter on the left side of the store, where an employee named Cassy informed me that only the other side was open for checkout. I explained that my cart was very heavy and asked if they could assist me there instead. At that point, it seemed the cashier inside the counter was about to help me — they even moved to the computer on the left side — but Cassy insisted that I had to move everything to the other side, offering no assistance or consideration.
What made this more frustrating was Cassy’s dismissive attitude. Rather than helping, she stood on the sidelines giving unhelpful responses, making rude facial expressions, and acting more like an obstacle than someone there to support customers. I was especially surprised by the lack of empathy given that I arrived just about an hour before closing — a time when most staff aim to help customers finish up efficiently.
Overall, I’m very disappointed in the customer service I received. I expected a more professional and helpful attitude, not someone telling me what’s easiest for them instead of what helps the customer. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds staff that being courteous and solution-oriented goes a long way.

The workers were low key racist and offered absolutely no help or of assistance to any of my questions about the parts I was looking for. One of there employees answer was yeah we do have e those parts they should be somewhere back there lol

We took our dog here to use the pet wash station and immediately upon entering could tell the room did not get any maintenance. First, for 9.99 you do not even get everything you are told you are supposed to get. One bath bay was caulked with 2 different colors of dog hair. There was no grooming table, only 1 bottle of mane and tail (which isn’t professional grade) and 1 comb, and no clean towels or aprons. Online, the service promised “Your wash includes the use of our professional grade grooming equipment and supplies, including: elevated wash bays, grooming tables, specialty shampoos, brushes combs and towels, professional grade dryers and a waterproof apron for use (for the inevitable post-wash shake!)” so we were very let down.

They will hung up the phone calll when u have a question within 3 seconds; when they notice u have an accent or who knows why. Tried calling the second time and maybe he hung up the moment he picked up the phone and gave me no time to explainmyselfbetter. Strange they get my 5 or more stars if it were possible when I pay my items with cashiers. The store in 99th Ave in Glendale, Arizona maybe need a person with good customer service picking up the phone calls some of us drive from the other side of town to shop there so a little kindness would be appreciated.

I would give 5 stars to this store since i love it .But ever since food truck and coffee truck sell in the parking lot theres no parking its always full every time we go we have to park in the street. As others do as well.

Horrible customer service, upon walking in on 05/19/2024 I was turned away due to the store supposedly being closed by a female cashier as I go to get in my vehicle I see her let 2 more customers in to shop. I called to speak with a manager and the gentleman who answered said he was security I then asked for a manager he said what’s going on I explained what happened and he stated he would have a talk with her which doesn’t make sense as he just informed me he was security I will be reaching out to more managers and corporate to see who I can really speak with regarding their horrible customer service.

There weren't enough associates to assist, and employees looked frustrated. I don't blame them; they were doing what they could. Multiple customers were waiting to be helped.
Initially, I came to the store to for an item that was shown in stock at the store, couldn't physically find it, and no one was available to assist.

Always so mean when answering the phone. They are always huffing and puffing like they are irritated they had to answer a phone call.

Dog wash station has been closed for weeks. I call and ask every other day if it’s open yet and they always say no with a different answer every time. First it was they were out of shampoo, then the towels were out, now it’s the pumps that need to be replaced???? What’s going on, if it’s going to be closed indefinitely just say that so I can’t stop calling and find a new place to wash my dog.

Have had a great experience every time I go to this TSS. The manager Becky and Cashier Katlyn were very helpful and the Customer service was great! Very friendly store! Keep up the good work!

I bought a Hose Reel that was broken. I tried to exchange it and the manager Linda was rude and obnoxious. She stated that since it was on sale it cannot be exchanged or returned. I even offered to pay the difference for a new one and she refused. They need to have a better exchange policy or quality control, And they need to hire a better manager. Very disappointed.

I suggest you go somewhere else for any purchase. We bought a jack from tractor supply in Kingman because we trusted their products and service. The lip was too short to get under the trailer so we ended up using a different type of jack. We were on the road and the kingman store closed before we could get back. So we decided to return it to our local store. The supervisor told us he wouldn't take it back and that we would have to drive all the way back to Kngman to return it. Mind you, the purchase was two days ago, the jack is unused and we have the receipt. This is horrible customer service. I have spent a ton of money here but will now take my business elsewhere. Too bad, because we just bought a ranch and need lots of stuff.
