When placing an online order 40 minutes in advance and giving the time, i came into the store to pick up my order and still had to wait an additional 40 mins. Groups of workers were just upfront and in the back there was just 2-4 workers working slow. I understand they may be tired but, its their job, they get paid for it. Place had trash on floors and honestly the food tasted as id they just rushed through making it or didnt care to make it good.

This place ALWAYS forgets something on my order!! Once it’s okay but when it happens constantly then that’s a problem!! I have to drive all the way back to get something that they forgot!! It has even happened when I order door dash and it’s so annoying that I spent money on delivery but I have find a way to get there to get my food correct! Also when I try to call to inform them about my order their phone is always offline !!!

Manager says it’s ok to cook food without gloves employee washed his hands then pulled up his pants grabbed a handful of chicken and then put it in the frier…. Manager said he was fine…I will NEVER EVER eat there again very unsanitary

Upon arriving at the restaurant, I placed my order 30 minutes in advance, only to be informed by the cashier that it would take an additional 10 minutes. Despite waiting an extra 20 minutes beyond the promised time, I encountered disorganization among the staff, with no apparent leadership present. When I requested a receipt, I was advised to take a photo as none was provided. This experience reflects a lack of effective management and operational oversight.

Not a single glove in sight. Bare handing chicken and touching all the fryer baskets and refrigerator before washing their hands and immediately touching them again. Would not be suprised if people are getting sick. Management needs to step up big.

bruh, this is the second time they forgot my order. the first time i waited in the store for a whole hour and they hadnt even started my order and there was no one ahead of me. this time the girl was called out for not even checking the orders correctly because mine was there and she was just putting stuff in bags without double checking.

Ordered 1 chicken sandwich, other customers that ordered after me with larger orders received theirs well before me I waited 20 minutes or longer. The manager told me it takes eight minutes for chicken sandwich to cook. So does that mean it took 12 minutes to assemble the sandwich? Plus beware not a single person behind the line was wearing gloves. The manager want either and he used his cell phone in plain sight and didn’t wash his hands. I would like to give a review on the sandwich I ordered but due to the frustrations and watching this guy (the adult in the room) use his phone then handle food, I thru mine in the trash when I got home.
