While traveling out West last November, we stopped in Tombstone for 4 days. I wasn't there 5 minutes before buying myself a snazzy pair of cowboy boots! I've enjoyed them so much! The salesman who helped me (a short fella with a big cowboy hat) he gave me some excellent advice as far as how to break-in my new boots. The guy said "Run water in the bathtub, enough to cover the foot part of the boot. Let your boots soak overnight, then wear them damp the next day. Said they would mold to your feet." Sounded odd to me but IT WORKS! Couldn't be happier with my purchase at your store!

I have sent many actors from my upcoming feature film titled, GERONIMO'S REVENGE to this clothier... Great place to find boots, old west era clothing and all applicable manner of fashion....

Please do not support this business. I have a documented disability and I require the assistance of service animals to move around and do things my able body counterparts can do. The woman at the desk denied me entry consistently stating "AZ laws require documentation presentation for service animals", as if repeating her lies would make it true. My husband finally pulled out his phone and read aloud the black and white print on AZ's ADA laws word for word and she continued to state "AZ laws..." like she couldn't hear him and in the most arrogant tone imaginable. She mind as well put a sign up saying "only able bodied people served here". My husband walked down to the marshal's office and they were very kind. They said they would talk to her and would have escorted me back there, but by that time I was unable to walk (and why would I support them after being treated so terribly anyway?) We have reported her to local authorities and the ADA. I hope this business chooses to change. Discrimination has no excuse. Period.

Great place for western clothing of all kinds but specifically 1880's attire. Loved my experience here and will be back in the future. Ask for John, he's a lot of help.

I have been in this clothing store several times in the past week in the event that my first time was just an off day, I gave them 3 visits I must say that these folks are the Most miserable people I have ever ran into. You will not likely run into a ruder group of staff from the owner down to the cashier which I think is the owners wife. Even if I had found something that I liked I wouldn't have bought from this place based on principle. Be Forewarned. RUDE & MISERABLE

Not very friendly to customers that come in. Did not acknowledge us nor ask if we needed and help. Sad that store employees have no sense in customer service. Nice store though. Great selection at top retail prices. Picture taking not allowed.

First Tombstone, AZ Black cowboy hat - I walked into this store on a Thursday during Covid 19 . As soon as I walked in I knew what I wanted (since a kid) a tombstone cowboy hat. The owners were very helpful and kind. The went to the back of the store to get me the right size. I ended up buying two cowboy hats ( white & black) I would recommend this store to anyone visiting tombstone that would like to feel the western vibe and want great customer service. I will be back!

I walked in and right away I felt comfortable - the store was clean, great prices on everything Western Wear. I spent time trying in hats and the owners were so nice and upbeat. This was the best experience I had in Tombstone. So happy to have my first traditional Tombstone Cowboy hat. I would recommend this place any day if the week. Stop by and show them some love
