“Took my son in here today. We’re visiting from PA and he really wanted a cowboy hat. She was very nice to us!( All the other hat places were dismissive or didn’t seem to care to help) She even steamed them and custom fit them to our heads! Very nice shop! We highly recommend!”

“While traveling out West last November, we stopped in Tombstone for 4 days. I wasn't there 5 minutes before buying myself a snazzy pair of cowboy boots! I've enjoyed them so much! The salesman who helped me (a short fella with a big cowboy hat) he gave me some excellent advice as far as how to break-in my new boots. The guy said "Run water in the bathtub, enough to cover the foot part of the boot. Let your boots soak overnight, then wear them damp the next day. Said they would mold to your feet." Sounded odd to me but IT WORKS! Couldn't be happier with my purchase at your store!”

“A very bright and beautiful store! The ladies here were so helpful to me and my daughter! They helped us pick out a lovely shawl for my daughter! Thank you ladies!Ok after reading many of the reviews I needed to come back and say this, if you have a problem with an attendant following you around a store, ask them a question and see if they jump to you to help. Obviously people have never worked customer service or been anywhere other than to Walmart to shop. Guys do yall realize yall have put this store on blast for doing a great job?!BTW I'm not whiteSooooo...Keep it up ladies! Yall are awesome don't stop!”
