My husband and I stopped for fuel in our TOYOTA CAMRY. We purchased outside using our Visa Debit and paid $20.01 for our gas. Another HOLD FOR $151.00 was put on our account. I called them and they said it is customary for them to put a hold on our funds in case the debit charge failed. So it is a Holiday weekend and we are waiting for them to release the HOLD. We will never get gas there again!!

Worst pilot I have been to in a long time!!! Pulled into the fuel islands and damn near slipped in the fuel islands because they can’t be bothered in clean them. the squeegee buckets have diesel in them. Covered all my windows in diesel when I cleaned them didn’t realize until afterwards. I’ll go another 8 miles and get fuel at TA instead for now on..

Worse place in arizona to put diesel.truck taking for ever to clear the pumps..and nobody do nothing i side the shop..really lazy people..real unprofesional

Booked a shower at 2 pm with 5 people ahead of me. Now it’s 4:30 and there are still 5 people ahead. Every single shower is empty with employees just refusing to clean and let new drivers in. Absolute garbage of a place I regret putting 250 gallons of fuel before checking their reviews. Will never come back to this place.

Not a ton of parking but got fuel and got a shower so I was happy. The shower system was down but it has been down at almost every Pilot lately for some reason.

Lazy, machine won’t print a fuel receipt so I asked the cashier for one. To dumb to figure out how to print one so lied and said their system is updating and she can’t print one for about an hour. Funny how mobile fueling still works though…

5th grade level employees at this location. They don’t like cleaning their showers. 2 hours wait time with 3 guests in line. Pathetic.
