Fairly clean. If you have a trailer you want to enter the parking lot from the East (Route 264). The driveway from the 160 has a funny hump which makes the trailer pivot funny.

Weird experience here. Left my sunglasses in the bathroom and went back inside within 5-10 mins. Checked all stalls. Nada. Asked at counter and none turned in. Not the fault of the staff most likely, but watch your stuff here. I get that they were Maui Jim’s but prescription so I was hoping someone would return them. I was especially bummed because I was distracted by giving the stray dogs there water. ?♀️

No overnight parking what soever, but thank God the hotel right across the street allows you to pay $10 per vehicle to stay overnight! We paid for our RV and our vehicle! They were actually a blessing, and they are right next to Denny’s so you can park in the back of the hotel and walk to Denny’s and have dinner after a long drive!

No overnight parking, or manners at this place. I suggest that you drive past Tuba and just continue on to Cameron or Flagstaff. We planned to park for the night and then get gas and shop in the store in the morning. However, we had some guy pound on our door at 11:30pm and tell us that there is no overnight parking and that we had to leave. Oh well. They probably should invest in a sign because there were multiple vehicles that were not aware of this policy.

They still REQUIRE masks but do not provide one if you aren't still carrying them. They also no longer allow overnight parking. The security guy knocked on my van after an hour and a half. 6 pm ish to 730pm ish. They close at 10pm so why knock now? I went around to the front of the store to clarify the policy. He kept saying no overnight parking when he meant to say no loitering. His manager was not even in the loop and had to call her boss to find out the new policy that had seemed to recently have changed. Very wishy-washy conversation. I was trying to clarify to update the Freeroam app so nobody else would have to deal with this situation. They kept offering other places to overnight and I kept telling them I was just updating the app and already knew the options they were suggesting but only needed a nap. Sey la vie...

How do you call yourself a TRAVEL PLAZA when you have no bathrooms? The cashiers are rude to boot. And finally why do I have to wear a mask when I'm FULLY VACCINATED? 0/10

They enforce the mask mandate, but don’t have any to hand out. As a travel center, they should expect people from areas where mask mandates are a thing of the past. Most businesses that enforce the mandate, have masks to give people.

Use to enjoy stopping here. But the last 2 times I stopped, the rest rooms were out of order. I probably will not stop there again

Great place but it had been bustling I recent years.. Half the place is closed due to COVID-19 restrictions but it's still a great place. Good staff.

Great place to get rid of your RV waste and fill your potable water tank. Only $9 to do both and it’s a very clean dump station. Staff are very helpful and friendly!

What a horrible experience, we purchased gas, and then went in to use the restroom. As we were walking through the store people started yelling across the store, we thought someone was trying to steal from them or something, but we just kept walking because it seemed to be the crazy masked sales associates. So we use the restroom, and when coming out we see a weird lady standing at the door of the restroom and all walkways back into the store closed off by big metal gates. The lady said she had to let us out through the back because we don't have masks. This is the weirdest thing I have experienced during the fake pandemic. They were so rude like we were sub human. This is the first and last time I will ever spend my money with this store, and if in fact it is all indian tribes doing this like I have heard, I will stop giving any of my money in any way to any company allowing these weird rules and abuse by their own employees. Masks do not help at all, it says it on the side of the box.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. We had been driving for hours and finally found this travel center...we waited outside politely as they only allowed a few people in at a time. My family was the last people to get in before they stopped people from entering for the bathrooms to be cleaned. Inside, they let all of us but my dad from using the restroom (we were already picking out things to purchase out of respect for using the restrooms) and they refused after my dad begged and begged he only needed a minute. They were rude and dismissive and when we tried to explain our situation and how we were allowed in as the last people they refused to ignore it. I'm frustrated because it was hard to see my dad like that. he took care of us and worked hard and drove for hours and hours just for us and they couldn't give us one minute.

Staff is almost always cool. They might hire the occasional weirdo but they usually kuu. Biggest knock is your tobacco might be dry. If it's cigars and wraps that's a major problem. Hands down best air machine in town though. Has the best pressure and it wont rip you off. Snack selection is great and this the only I can get my Mr Pibb so props big ups to the homies for that.

Their pumps don’t work and they keep a sign up saying the bathrooms are being cleaned so visitors can’t use them. We’ve been by 3 times now and I seriously doubt they were actually cleaning the bathrooms all 3 times, different days, and different times of day.
