My elderly mom was lost, hot and confused went in today between 12:45pm - 1:15pm. She asked the guy behind counter if she could use a phone to call her daughter (me). She even told him she would pay him $10 for the use of his phone. This guy just made a face and walked away from her. Horrible excuse of a man. Nearly business owner told me he is always rude and not friendly whatsoever.

If I could do ZERO stars I would. Terrible customer service from the male attendant. Would not allow a pregnant woman to use the restroom even after being a paid customer.

I went to this 7-11 business location to use their air pump. The air machine was on and ready to be used. I got change in quarters from the employee last night around 5. I put the quarters in the machine and grabbed the air hose ready to fill my tire with air. And the machine shut off and the hose deflated my tire completely. I looked into the store and I saw the employee laughing. When I went in there to let her know what happened she said there is nothing she can do. No refund, not trained on how to hard reset because she says they have no control over the air pump being on or off. I asked for a manager contact since it is their job to step in with matters like this. She claimed she could not. She eventually came out and gave me a number to a guy who she claimed is a corporate number but happened to be a Tucson area code. You do the math.... I wasted gas sitting in my car waiting for assistance to come help me with my tire.

I go to the 7-Eleven constantly,Says in the 7-Eleven policy says that they give $20 cash back, but it's up to the discretion of the cashier, well this Punjabi who barely spoke English refused to give me $20 cash back, he said that he would give me $10 cash back after I spent $27 in the store. I said it's fine and I got a refund.Not only did you lose the purchase money but you guys lost my business for good, the 711 down the street next to circle k is way better anyways

Just to start only giving 1 star so I could leave this Post they deserve neg 10. Last night a cashier named Erica was more than rude. At first it was fine I went inside was greeted went to get a Hot chocolate I accidently let cup over fill. Hot chocolate is hot so a lil went into the crate that is for catching any spills Erica went off she screamed at me that it was not a drain I advised I knew it and was sorry but had no option as the liquid is hot she screamed again I said to Erica would you like it all over the floor again she screamed so loud I said im sorry do you want me to clean it up she said I could keep running mouth and I wouldnt like the end result I was mad so mad I was ready to spill it on the counter and floor but I did not want to drop to Ericas level of being nasty n rude so I let it be sadly another lady just as I was leaving was getting a cold drink Guess what Erica pushed her I mean put her hands on this lady and took her drink and followed her outside screaming. All the while my sister was recording this woman being abused by Erica the cashier I have sent it to corprate I'll never be back to this location I hope the other lady that was pushed does the same Erica does not need to work with the public get rid of her!!!!.

Worst 7-11 ever they aren't ever stocked, always out of products and on top of that they over charge for some of the products sold. Not a good drink or snack selection

Im from Wilcox az I went into 711 to shop around during the u of a game and I met a clerk who worked their his name tag says Alex rios he ran that store with pride and was super friendly to me and all the young people going in and out. We spoke and became friends I would like to take time to thank Alex rios for all his hard work! Seems like he's always their. Anyhow great job guy.. should be more clerks like u .u deserve a promotion big time! He's at speedway and Campbell

Except for one guy who no longer works there, the clerks are all very friendly. I noticed some 1 star reviews with all sorts of complaints; they have no basis in fact, or the customer him/herself was obnoxious.

Went in to 7/11 simply to get a water and some rolling papers. Guy at the counter didn't even acknowledge I was ready to pay and when I asked for some papers he just said "no" to me and continued talking on the phone. Worst customer service and lack of human decency I've received in a while. I wish I could give less than one star for how rude this experience was.

This is by far the most ghetto gas station I have ever seen. The clerk walked behind the cash register with his hoodie up and shorts on, I thought the place was getting robbed. The clerk also seems to hangout with the crackheads, whom all happen to reside right on the front of the gas station patio. This place is more of a trap house than an actual gas station, I sure wonder what the owner is thinking with people running the store like this!

The new clerk or old one think his name is Beni is rude and has a foul attitude and the store was a mess and I showed him expired food and he said no exchange get out . Never again will I go to this store when he is working .I even tried reaching out to manager and was ignored no return call nothing . What happened to Alex and Mike and John they were awesome.
